'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Perfect for couples & families fantastic walks & cycling in the area. Our local farm has a cute cafe and sells essential milk eggs and has a pop up pub most Friday nights
