Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heate pool & sauna (located in the pool house), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and a romantic outdoor bath

Self contained bliss. A unique Shepherds Hut with it's own shower/wc. Comfortable double bed. Quiet, cosy & very restful. Close the door on the outside world for a while and totally relax enjoying the views from the bed & admire the dark starry sky at night. Lovely. Warm & cosy at all times with a super woodburner. Your own private outdoor space, great views & peace & quiet, fire up the BBQ or maybe a walk straight from your door through the beautiful lanes & fields. Private parking.

Park Gate House Farm holidays-Colyton-‘Elizabeth’.

This large, warm and cosy caravan is in an idyllic spot , a short 10 minute walk from Colyton. A 5 minute drive to Seaton and 15 minute drive to the stunning coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Sidmouth . Colyton (Devon's most rebellious town) in AONB boasts some lovely places to eat and the tramway is only a short walk away. River Cottage is also a 10 minute drive from Colyton, near Axminster. We live on a working dairy farm, we have wonderful views of the Umbourne Valley.

Beer Head Caravan Park - Sleeps 4 (C14)

A comfortable newly sited Swift static caravan with amazing views in a quiet fishing village on the Jurassic Coast. Walks across the cliffs towards Branscombe and the other way to Seaton as well as close to local attractions such as Dartmoor and. Exmoor. A good selection of pubs and eateries in the village as well as in the surrounding villages and towns all just a short drive away. Please be aware there is a fairly long steep hill from the village/beach up to the caravan park.

The property is about 1 mile from the Pontispool equine sports centre and 5 miles from Bishops Lydeard Station on the West Somerset Railway. Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.

Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, light the fire pit under the stars, or snuggle by the wood burner. Wake to panoramic views from your bed, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and make use of board games and books. Within walking distance of a pub and with easy access to footpaths, it’s an ideal base for exploring and relaxing.

The Roost in the Blackdowns

The Roost is a modern self-contained loft with secure garage underneath, bordering pasture farmland. This peaceful small hamlet is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty without street lighting and with stunning views across the picturesque and hidden Culm Valley. There are country walks from your door, with pubs nearby. Dogs are welcome, but remembering that sheep and cows need to live in peace in the field right next door.
