We travel extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally, and without a doubt, Brent has been the most outstanding host we've ever encountered. He went above and beyond in every way—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. From start to finish, our stay felt like a true retreat. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The beds were incredibly cozy, and every detail in the house felt welcoming and well thought out. The photos truly don’t do this place justice—it’s a hidden gem and a little piece of paradise. If you're considering a stay at Brent’s Airbnb, don’t hesitate. We can’t recommend it highly enough. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful 3 day excursion in beautiful Nashville. The 4 of us enjoyed the privacy, beautifully peaceful serene surroundings and the great interior. This home is perfect for 4 as the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the home and makes you feel you are alone, lots of privacy. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio together with the sound of birds chirping and the stunning greenery of the backyard. Very private. Nothing else to say as one couldn't have it better. By the way, this home is very convenient to the Broadway excitement-less than 15 min easy drive. We are coming back. Thank you Svetlana.

This was a great place to stay - easy to find, safe, clean, comfortable, and lots of amenities. Jeff was proactive, made everything easy, and was available if we would have needed him. We would stay again.

Highly recommend Matthew’s place! Beautiful area, nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do in Nashville was close by and it was the perfect centralized location. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for groups of every size!

A group of friends and I stayed at this location. We wanted a place close to the city but did not feel like a city vibe and this place was perfect! We enjoyed the farm-like feel with the many animals around us and we felt safe at the location. The host was friendly and responsive to anything we needed and the house had plenty of space for us to enjoy ourselves. We had the best time on our mini vacation. Definitely would come back!

Good place to hang out, enough space and sleeping arrangements for our group. Neighborhood was a little run down, but for our group not an issue. Overall was worth the money and would use this house again.

This is my favorite Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in! So fresh and extra clean, beautiful finishings, spacious, modern & classy decor, extra comfy king bed in bedroom, and even the fold out couch bed was comfortable. Everything is in the right place where you need it and they’ve thought of everything you need. Matt & Steph did not skimp on quality and it shows in their high quality kitchen ware, pans, & cozy natural cotton blankets. It was such a peaceful , private spot as well as close to everything. Perfect place to launch out from and get to the best places in Nashville in 15 minutes, 15 minutes to Franklin, and even walk to great coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Matt & Steph have excellent communication and go above & beyond. HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Natalie was a great host, super responsive and great communication. The condo was in a good location, clean, and felt very secure.

We really enjoyed our stay... everything was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The private balcony was a nice touch, and the in unit washer and dryer made things super convenient. The building amenities were a highlight. Loved the pool area, fire pits, beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better... just a few minutes walk to Broadway, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Music City! I'd absolutely come back!

Absolutely perfect place to stay with easy access to Nashville hotspots while being away from the crowds. Easy to find with a peaceful, lovely backyard space. The interior is adorable and immaculate, perfectly stocked with attention to detail, I had absolutely anything I could need. Really grateful to have such accommodating and caring hosts.

This was our second stay at the Peggy Street Retreat, and we fell in love with it all over again. The apartment is both immaculate and comfortable, and Anna has decorated it beautifully. She also adds little amenities that we really appreciated. Don't go shopping for kitchen items before you go to the apartment, because Anna already has a lot of them ready and waiting. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

We loved everything about the unit. Very clean, modern and furniture was all extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
