Location worked great for us. Plenty of room for two adults. The house well well stocked with supplies needed for cooking. Very clean and comfortable!

The unit was clean. Adam was helpful in arranging early check in. He responded promptly with a question early in the morning. He also sent a courtesy email with check out procedure.

Second time staying here. Responsive host, comfortable, clean, nice bedrooms, a deck with a grill. The accommodations work well for our group!

Location and the house were great. If you plan to do a lot of cooking/eating in, it might be a challenge. A lot of the kitchenware just felt like cheap college dorm supplies. But if you don't plan to cook, it's a great place to stay. The bunk beds are squeaky and not the most comfortable, but it wasn't a huge problem for us.

Great place to stay. Walkable distance to Bridges Bay resort. The home was near a pool and in a cute neighborhood. Stayed there with 14 people total and we were all comfortable! Great place to stay!

The place was very clean and had a great location. Close to the water park and the amusement park. Katie was very responsive!

This house fit our family well for the weekend. The rooms downstairs with the bunk beds were small so it was hard to get a pack and play next to the bed but we made it work. It’s right in the Bridges Bay area so it was nice to have passes to the water park and just be able to walk over there! Also the neighborhood pool was great that it was right in the back yard. The house was nice and clean. There was tons to do, flea market, concert near Arnold’s park, and tons of shopping. Great weekend!

Our family enjoyed staying at Karri’s place to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday. Easy to find, check in and communicate with. Appreciate the hospitality!

10 out of 10! I will be staying here again during our next Okoboji trip. The home is so spacious, has literally anything and everything that you could need. The beds and linens were perfection (in fact I bought the comforter online while we were there). The extra parking across the street was perfect to park our truck and trailer since we brought our boat. And the VIEW!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this home and we look forward to staying here again 😁

Cindy is a fabulous host and has a beautiful cottage. It felt like home from the moment we walked in and we couldn’t have asked for an easier drive to the fairgrounds. I highly recommend booking the red cottage for your next trip to Spencer.

Nice and low key! Away from the hustle and bustle but still close to town. Beautiful view of the sunsets over the lake!

We loved Ann's place, our family had a wonderful time. It was the perfect location, and we will stay there in the future. Ann was very responsive, with any and all questions we had. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

The house was clean and had plentiful space for our family during Easter week and well supplied with essentials. Okoboji is a resort area and the season hadn't quite started yet, but the lake is nearby and walking trails are great for walking a dog. There are bike trails nearby too. Back to house - it has two living rooms up and downstairs, large kitchen area. But for me, personally, was the lanai which we used for Easter brunch and enjoyed sitting out there listening to music with a glass of wine. Wonderful place, and in-season, it would be even better.

Great place, used it as home for a few days while ice fishing, was a nice cozy place to come back to!

It was our first time visiting the Okoboji area. We loved our stay. We had 3 families in our group. The kids loved having the basement all to themselves. It was so nice having the dock to pull the boat up to each day, and for the kids to fish off of as well. The hosts were very friendly & offered many suggestions for places to visit/eat. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for cooking, although we spent most of our day on the water and ate at various places in the area. Fun to boat right up to eat your meals from the water. That was an experience the kids loved! We were nervous with the recent floods that the water conditions wouldn't allow for boating/swimming activities. We did find it nice that given the 5mph limit on the water the kids could swim safely from the dock as well as out in the water with minimal waves. It was like we had the lake to ourselves! The visit during the week probably helped with that too?!? Definitely recommend!

Jana was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The house felt very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beach is not really walkable from the house (at least not with all the lake gear), but Jana generously allowed us to use her golf cart - which was so great! We would definitely stay here again with our family.

We stayed here right after the flooding. the lakeside had been under water for quite a while. The place was not as inviting as the pictures but I attribute much of that to the flooding. The dock was repaired, which was important to us as we have a boat. The two houses were clean and inviting and we enjoyed the quietness of the location and the no wake requirements on that part of the lake. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year.

This home worked perfectly for us. Although the cost was a bit more than we usually spend, this was a special occasion and the space served us well. This home had everything a family might need/want while traveling. In addition to plenty of towels, we found children’s games and toys, and every cooking item (pots, pans, spices, etc.) we might need. The house was very clean and organized. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the lake and bike path. We had the home reserved for several months but I appreciated the flexible cancelation policy just in case something were to happen to require us change our plans. We certainly enjoyed our first visit to Okoboji and this home was ideal. Heidi was a great host and I hope we can stay again in the future.

This was perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. It is close to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Okoboji.

Great place to stay. Everything we needed. Was well equipped from the kitchen to the items in the garage for the beach! They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is a pretty close drive and the beach is a block away. We would definitely stay here again with our family!!

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at! It had a beautiful view. Space for the whole family inside and out! They also had everything we could ever need! It was super close to all the places we wanted to go in the area. We will likely be back!
