Awesome location, Melanie is an amazing host! So welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful! The common area is also nice and the rooms are quaint. I didn’t want to knock a star for these few things, but just to inform: 1) the walls are quite thing; if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise (can hear surroundings) 2) was unfortunately quite hot; the fan isn’t super strong and the window doesn’t catch a good breeze so in the summer it’s definitely toasty at night Overall though really appreciate the hospitality 🙏 thank you for everything

Paul's place was exactly as described, very comfortable and perfect for one person! The place is off a main road, so it can be noisy at night. Great location, so close to the sea and shops. Would definitely stay again.

This is a really nice place to stay. Rooms were fully booked out so had to stay in two separate rooms over two nights which was no bother. Host was super helpful with bags and keys and local info. Nice breakfast in restaurant downstairs in morning too! Lovely quirky old bank, we loved the bathroom being in the old safe/strongroom.

I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to after such a fantastic stay here. The room is stunning, the bed is super comfortable and that bath… absolute heaven! We stayed here as part of a trip to chapel down and it was the ideal location just 5 mins drive away. Beautiful town lots going on, we ate downstairs in the pub and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent hospitality and food. A little noisy in the evening but what can you expect it is an old building and noise travels, but the noise stops by 11pm latest. Great honesty bar on site and a lovely little lounge next to the restaurant but an after dinner tipple. Will stay again! Thank you!

This place is very affordable, especially considering it is just steps from the English channel. Everything is close and easy to get to. Of course, the building is old, so it is not modern or anything, but that is in the description and we totally expected that. The only thing I had difficulty with was the shower. There didn’t seem to be any such thing as warm. It was either scalding hot or freezing. No matter where you set the nozzle, it would fluctuate between freezing and scalding. The heat seemed a bit dangerous, honestly. I was able to get my shower accomplished, and I felt clean and refreshed, so no harm done I suppose.

We had a wonderful time in Brighton! The room was very clean and tidy with some snacks, tea and coffee. The Airbnb is located near the city centre but is also calm, we slept very comfortable. The service was very nice, we'll definitly come back! :)

In an ideal location, right by the beach and pier . The place was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. The owners sent over a pack with lots of recommendations of things to do as well as parking near by. Would definitely stay again
