If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. This 19th century cottage has been restored with historic details. Tall ceilings make it feel spacious. Also event friendly to 15+ (book club, meditation, baby showers, etc) Enjoy private backyard with fire pit. (provided fall / winter)-- If you're in backyard you might just hear UWEC band practice from across the river. Stroll 3 blocks to Thorpe Drive to see Eau Claire's lumber mansions. At south end of downtown, you're close to everything - shops, food, nightlife!

If you want to be in the heart of Eau Claire, this is the place for you! We're located less than 5 minutes from downtown, bars, restaurants, shopping, and all amenities. We're pet-friendly, but please note that we charge a $25 pet fee per pet.
