Immersed in tall pines, woods, and the mountains, enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, and the Upper Truckee River steps from the back door. Well optimized with pool table, fireplaces, PS5, equipped kitchen, huge dining table, and comfortable furniture. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
