Lovely place. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the center of Pedernales main beach. Nice beach house, pool and private beach. Security guard overnight. within a 2 minute drive there is a little market for basic items, like water, soda, etc… and next to it there is a little restaurant with tradicional Ecuadorian food, such as bolones, soups, fried fish and shrimp it’s clean and and inexpensive. We had a great time over the weekend.

Great place, very clean, close to the beach, comfortable stay, very helpful hosts. Just should be aware that the property is barely ocean view. Some of pictures that have hammocks and ocean view are of the sister property across the street that you can access but not of where you will be staying. The is also no living room, social area it’s just and opened space on the first floor that is kitchen and dinning room, second floor also has hammocks. Also the house is in the town, not as isolate as you might judge from the pictures.

Loved it! Check-in was super easy. The place was in a quiet, safe part of time, very close to a park, mini-mart, and restaurants. A few blocks from the main strip with all the shops and restaurants. Each bedroom had a mini-split AC that worked perfectly. Each room had their own bathroom, with lots of hot water. Robertha was always very responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Excelente comunicación, instrucciones, ubicación. La casa bastante amplia, con espacios grandes para hospedar a grupos grandes. Siempre pendiente que tengamos un estancia placentera. Recomiendo al 100%

El departamento es tal cual como en las fotos, incluso mejor. Moderno, limpio, bien decorado, y la vista a la playa es espectacular. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y todo lo necesario. Marco fue un gran anfitrión, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda me volvería a quedar. 100% recomendado.

Excelente lugar para pasar en familia y disfrutar de tranquilidad para relajarce, siempre atentos y pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Las intalaciones son fieles a las fotos un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para desconectarme y llenarme de paz.

La casa estuvo comoda amplia. limpio, la cocina con todos los electrodomesticos basicos, ideal para paseo familiar. Los anfitriones muy amables, volveremos sin duda.

Todo muy organizado! Las chicas eran muy amables y atentas, muy cómodas las habitaciones.. todo muy lindo y organizado, lo recomiendo y volvería a venir con mi familia! Tiene camas para una familia de 5 personas todo decorado la ducha de nuestra habitación tenía agua caliente para cuando hacía frío en el la noche y hay una piscina muy grande de alto 1,45 M

Alex es un excelente host, atento y amable. El lugar increíble, ubicado en un muy buen sector. La vista espectacular. 100% recomendado.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the beautiful place of Mercedes and Carlos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the area feels very safe. Mercedes and Carlos are wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily return!

Acogedor y se siente como en casa, excelente para descansar..

Recomiendo este lugar si buscas tranquilidad y seguridad. Muy cerca un centro comercial con restaurantes para comer delicioso en la noche, desayunos espectaculares. El lugar donde está el Departamento es muy seguro.

Ivan’s place is beyond our expectations, we’ve been to Mindo many times, and we were so surprised that we didn’t even know this area. It’s well tucked away from the Mindo central town, but not too far when we wanted a dinner in the restaurants in town. The Airbnb itself is exceptional, with beautiful nature views out there, I particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, we cooked our breakfasts every morning, and seeing all the different birds, we even saw a tucán one morning. It’s right next to the river where you can walk down, the night view is just beautiful, we couldn’t see the stars during cloudy days, but we saw fireflies everywhere. It is so beautiful. Ivan is a wonderful host, he came to check on us everyday to see if we need anything, he got us eggs and breads for us to cook too, which we didn’t expect that. We had a great time, wish we can go back there again sometime soon. :)

Una estancia maravillosa, sin duda volveré Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue simplemente excelente. La habitación era amplia, limpia y decorada con un gusto, con las facilidades descritas en el anuncio. La ubicación del alojamiento también fue ideal cerca de principales plazas comerciales y estratégica para tener al alcance supermercados. Disfrutamos de las instalaciones y tuvimos una grata estadía.
