Annabelle’s place is a gem if you’re staying in artesia. Walking distance from your local grocery store and a 2 minute drive from FLETC if you’re visiting family. She was a delight and always responded in a timely manner if I had any questions. If you come across this location, please do not hesitate to look any further. Had an awesome stay at West of the Pecos! Very clear instructions. My mom and I came for a mother/daughter weekend of hiking the Guadalupe mountains and seeing the caverns and this was the perfect resting place. Cozy living room for winding down and watching tv with a glass of wine! Shower is small but certainly manageable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone going to Carlsbad!

I was in Artesia for work and the price was better than a hotel and so glad I chose this place. When I walked in I felt at home. It was perfect. I will definitely be back in 6 months and if this place is available I will 100% rent this place again
