We felt right at home and enjoyed the proximity to the river and park. This cozy home was just right for our group while traveling to Carlsbad. We appreciated the nice additional touches like snacks offered and extra supplies. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

we really enjoyed our stay at this home. we were traveling with 5 kids, from the ages 5 months to 17 years old. it was cheaper than renting a hotel and wayyyyy nicer. the tub is amazing and the location was right in the middle of town. we would definitely come back to stay if we needed to come to carlsbad again.

My family and I stayed for just one night and we loved it. The house is beautiful and very clean. Easy to find and I liked the location. It was quiet and we had no issues. We look forward to staying there again!

This place was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable inside. Had a big fenced yard with a few holes that a small dog would be able to get out of. Would stay again.

We booked this place at the last minute and were very pleased with the home. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed was very, very comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood no street noise. Close to Wal-Mart and downtown is just a couple of miles away. Very responsive hosts. We needed a battery for a remote control. Our host was there in 10 minutes! We would highly recommend staying here. You are close Guadalupe Mountains National Park (45 minutes), and Carlsbad Caverns National Park (25 minutes).

We had a softball tournament for the weekend and this was perfect! About a mile from the fields and the perfect in town stay! The house has everything you could need for a short weekend stay. Thank you for reaching out, we had an awesome weekend stay at your small cottage.

Older house, but very comfortable and accommodating. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and kitchen stocked with basic items. Very responsive host. Enjoyed our stay!

I loved this bnb! It’s super cute, clean, and I felt very safe with the option of the large closing gate. Julie is incredibly kind and a very communicative host. I asked for recommendations for restaurants and when I let her know the remote for the tv wasn’t working she fixed it as soon as she could. She also let us feed Stanley! Who really just stole the show (and my heart). I couldn’t recommend this place more. If I ever find myself in Carlsbad again I will definitely see if Julie’s place is available again.

If you want a great space for 1-3 people staying in Carlsbad, I’d recommend you stay here. Julie was a great host.

Very clean, well equipped kitchen with unexpected bonus of coffee, cinnamon and honey. Couch was comfortable to sleep on, bed very nice. Chris was super responsive to questions. 45 minutes from Guadeloupe Mountain national park and half that to Carlsbad Caverns. Neighbors’ roosters frequently woke us too early. Completely private location with fence.

The house was a great value for the price - much better than hotels in the area. It was convenient to grocery and other stores, and nice to be on the water. There is some street noise, and as mentioned, the occasional train. Internet was great.

Highly recommend anyone visiting Carlsbad to stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, not too far to drive to the Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains and was right in the heart of town of Carlsbad near the local restaurants and grocery store. The massage chair was the best amenity and perfect after long days of hiking. We enjoyed using the hot tub as well. Overall great experience and we’re very pleased with our stay.

Very comfortable beds. Fantastic shower and great location and parking. The Hot tub and massage chair was a massive hit after the long drive and walk after walking through the caverns.

Amazing place to stay . My boyfriend and I and our dog absolutely loved it. Right in the middle of lots of things Host was super friendly accommodating and responsive 10/10 stay for sure Hot tub was absolutely amazing after we walked our legs off at the caverns. Felt right at home

Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Wall outlets in bedrooms don’t have grounds. So bring an adapter. Stay was great. Thank you.
