If heading to The Carlsbad Caverns we are the closest in that direction 28 miles GNP 38 miles.This is a great stay for family, hikers, cavers,explorers.Within a mile of shopping centers and a Super Walmart, Dollar general,Chili’s, Subway, IHOP, and other local eateries nearby. The space includes refrigerated air, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable tv, complete kitchen for cooking, microwave, grill, porch swing, patio table and chairs, shady fenced yard, covered carport and patio, clothes line, iron and ironing board, 55 " tv in living room and one bedroom has a small tv. The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.
