Walking distance to water activities, local shops, restaurants and bars, the adorable Edenton coffee shop or local produce to make meals in the bungalow’s full kitchen. Perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, girls’ weekends and special occasions.

A small 1 1/2 story cabin located in the Edenton historic district less than a 2 block walk to Shopping and Restaurants on Broad Street. It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

The inside has been refreshed with some modern touches in mind but mostly antique furniture! As this is a 100+ year old house expect imperfections, and wear and tear on many things! Located conveniently just off Hwy 32 and Hwy 37 near the Albemarle Sound this location is very easy to get to and yet very quiet. Just 6 miles from downtown historic Edenton where you can tour, sip, dine, and shop near the waterfront.

Betty’s Bungalow

Betty’s Bungalow Is located 4 miles south of Columbia on Levels Road. You can enjoy walking around the farm, the quiet Levels community, or along the boardwalk in the picturesque town of Columbia. There is ample parking for boats and horse trailers. Pasture board is available for the equestrian enthusiasts for a nominal fee. When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.
