A charming and peaceful Victorian mill worker's cottage with a secluded private garden in West Central Edinburgh with beautiful woodland and river views. A restful place to stay during Edinburgh’s very busy festival period. Despite being just over a mile from Princes Street and the city centre, the area is tranquil due to its proximity to the river and surrounding woodland. Owls can be heard at night and Kingfishers and Otters can be seen during the day. A rare find within the city.

Muma Bears House

This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. She was a force and i hope we have done her proud. I want the house to come alive. So welcome! Cosy up in front of the fire, play the piano and unwind in peace. Bring along your slippers. Get the board games out and relax with family and friends. Enjoy the sound of the fire at night.
