Truly one of the most magnificent locations on Kiawah Island - Shipwatch Villas' Penthouse & only 3-bdrm unit. Our condo resides on the top two floors and is directly on the beach. Every room has a spectacular unobstructed Ocean View with a wraparound deck on both floors. Every bdrm has a full bath. The condo is tastefully decorated with the vacationers comfort in mind. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent dining area that seats 10 with a the beautiful view of the beach.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.
