Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

The cottage’s prime location is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, Delaware Park, the AKG and Birchfield Penney art museums, and more. Off-street parking allows easy access to adventure outside of the village with Niagara Falls & the Bills Stadium just a 20-30 min. drive/Uber away!

FYI, the unit can be noisy at night, especially on the weekend, and is on the third floor.
