A short drive north is Santa Rosalia built by the French hosting a church designed by Gustave Eiffel. To the south is the Bay of Conception with stunning beaches. Whale watching tours, fishing guides, and ancient cave painting tours are available nearby. A little store and evening cafe is directly across the street. Starlink wifi, Smart TV, and Sea kayaks for loan.

Casa Rio is located on the south bank of the river in the Oasis Rio Baja midway between the sea and the town. The bedrooms each have a queen with a eurofoam topper and a single. There is a lovely patio where you can enjoy a drink while watching the fish jump in the river. The wifi is fast. The Oasis Rio Baja is primarily a retirement community of elderly people. We want you to have a good time but please do not make excessive noise particularly in the evenings.

You might like to take a horse ride down the river or go fishing with one of our local fishermen.
