The home is centrally located with easy access to highways, very close to Colorado College, and minutes from the extensive trail system and outdoor recreation opportunities. This home is not appropriate for children, pets, or parties of any kind. There is no air conditioning or dishwasher.

This 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath also has a 5-bed sleeping loft that sleeps 8 (one queen futon, two double, two single top bunks) and a full kitchen.
