This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Frühstück Diese Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Eingang, ist vollständig spepariert mit großem Wohn-/ Schlafraum, eigenem Duschbad + eigener Terrasse (mit hübschen Gartenmöbeln). Mit sehr guter Anbindung zum Hafen + Innenstadt (ca 20 min mit der S-Bahn) liegt diese in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend im Grünen. Es stehen Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und ein Kühlschrank (gefüllt mit den wichtigsten Dingen für ein kleines Frühstück am ersten Morgen) zur Verfügung.

The flat is located on 5th floor (with elevator) near Vyšehrad with many parks (10 mins’ walk). The flat has a lovely new terrace with table and 2 relaxing chairs. It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass. It's comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning. Free parking in our yard (with camera).

Cozy place in the center of Szczecin. Good for a couple, family, friends or people travelling for business. In the nearby: grosery, cafes, restaurants, public transport, railway and bus station. Walking distance to the old town and waterfront. The apartament is bright and cozy with modern &vintage finishing. Consists of 2 rooms: living room + sleeping corner with access to a lovely balcony and bedroom with double bed and piano. Inbetween the rooms modern kitchen and new bathroom.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in Deutschland, in der Nähe von Kassel und ist umgeben von Natur. Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.

Das Tinyhouse liegt im Geschäftsgebiet für Carsharing, Fahrrad- oder Scooterverleih. Kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Straße. Diese Luxuswohnung wurde in den 90er Jahren gebaut und war einige Jahre lang die Wohnung eines internationalen Künstlers. 85 Quadratmeter mit 2,70 Metern Deckenhöhe, ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hackeschen Markt (das zentralste Viertel Berlins!), mit einem seltenen Blick auf den Berliner Fernsehturm. 2 große Schlafzimmer. Meine Möbel sind eine Mischung aus Vintage (offene Vintage-Küche, deutsche Vintage-Möbel) und zeitgenössisch (Flachbildschirm mit Apple TV).

Jsme Michaela a Jan a rádi Ti naše místo na pár dní propůjčíme. Budeš mít k dispozici celý prostor, užiješ si výhled, klid a soukromí. Rádi Ti poradíme s výlety do okolí. Ať už jsi milovník hor a přírody anebo městské kultury, věříme, že si přijdeš na své.
