Three of us visiting family. Tom’s place was VERY comfortable. Each had our own room. Comfortable beds. The apartment had everything we needed. Everything easy to find. Lovely location by the river. Will definitely book again next time we visit.

Great location on a river. Perfect for 2 of us, didn't use pullout couch. Easy access to Mishawaka and South Bend. Very nice viewing deck and benches. Bring binoculars for viewing wildlife. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Faye’s communications and instructions were perfect. The place is in the basement of their home but it’s very private and it’s on a neat river. They went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable and even gave us a $10 off coupon for a local breakfast place. Highly recommend this place, especially in the summer since it’s on the river.

Marita’s house was perfect for our trip! We had 7 adults and 2 kids and the space was just what we needed. Lots of beds and space to spread out, but also space to be together. The pond was full of fish, there were tons of activities to do (kayaking, canoeing, playing in the sand, fishing, etc.), and the property was beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Lawrence was an incredible host—5/5. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. I traveled with my 96-year-old grandmother and two young children (ages 3 and 4). The home was exceptionally clean—easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—and was incredibly kid-friendly. The easily accessible bathroom next to the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my grandmother, making her stay comfortable and convenient. The boat rental process through Lawrence’s recommendation was seamless, adding to the overall experience. I can’t say enough good things about this home, and we truly felt cared for throughout our stay. We hope to book again next year!

This is a lovely home with everything we could possible have needed for our weekend stay to see my son graduate. So grateful for such charming, spacious accommodations within walking distance of the Goshen College campus!

Loved my stay here. Cynthia was extremely helpful and the house was immaculate. Room was perfect. bed was comfortable with super soft sheets and blankets. The q-tips in the bathroom were the cherry on top after a long drive 😂 Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great family getaway at the Acre Treehouse! It was very comfortable and welcoming, and a peaceful environment. The hot tub and outdoor hangout area were super fun and a great way to relax as a family. Travis was super accommodating to our request for a early check in and made it happen! We loved our stay, and would highly recommend to others!
