Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. We were able to take advantage of the pool and tennis courts, which are a short walking distance away. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space and things to do with kids. The outdoor spaces are also comfortable and quiet. The house is a very short drive from restaurants and hiking trails. Gayle's instructions and reminders were timely and clear. She was very proactive in making sure that we had an easy time navigating the house and and the surroundings.

It is an incredible place to say, might I even say the nicest home in Cottonwood. Clean, modern and the most convenient location you can imagine. I’m not sure why this whole town continuously references Sedona because Cottonwood is cool enough to have its own identity! We enjoyed a water to wine kayak tour, multiple wineries, jacuzzi time, Sedonuts, Merkin, Bocce and more. All possible due to this great launching point. Enjoy!

We loved our stay! House was perfect and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy! Loved that there were so many food and entertainment options close by and could avoid downtown Sedona traffic if we wanted! Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Gio's place for the weekend! We mainly adventured around the wineries but when we were at the house, we spent a lot of our time in the hot tub that overlooked the red rocks. It was perfect! We were able to enjoy coffee every morning and made our own breakfast to enjoy, we did wish there were some spices to cook with, but overall we had everything we needed 🤗 We can't wait to visit again! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time. The views are incredible and we had lovely time for a family reunion. Beds were very comfortable and it had everything you need. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back. I visit Sedona often and will be back. Truly a beautiful place!

Stayed here with a few friends for a girls trip. The house is beautiful with an amazing view. It felt safe, warm, and cozy. The resort was gorgeous and the location was great. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing for early check in and were always quick with responses to any questions. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

My friends and I were looking for something nearby Sedona, it was a beautiful experience hearing the birds chirp early in the morning and the bunnies just roaming around. If we had any questions our host were quick to respond. Their dog Sadie is so sweet she will come and greet you at the door. There is an eatery and market walking distance. It truly felt like an oasis. Will definitely be going back in the summer, they provide a pool, backyard bbq and fire pit.

We had a wonderful stay at Gretchen’s cabin! The place was cute, cozy, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed and was perfectly stocked for a comfortable stay. Gretchen was a fantastic host; friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The neighborhood is super cute and peaceful, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!
