Chalet D is set in the idyllic Highland setting of Heatherwood Park behind our sister property Chalet C and a three minute drive or a 25 minute coastal walk from Dornoch town centre. This will be Chalet D’s first season on the short term rental market as we’ve just freshly redecorated the property with a modern cosy feel. Perfect for any party of four, Chalet D has its own highchair, cot and dog bed so we’re prepared for any precious member of your party whether their toes be small or furry.

Our little home is perfect for those wanting a great place to relax from the stresses of everyday life. An ideal rest stop on the North Coast 500 or as a base to explore the Highlands. The Hideaway has a double room with en suite, a separate single room & family shower room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living/dining room, TV, DVD's and board games. Private parking & outdoor decking with two seating area. Dornoch is a 5 min drive with local shops, bars, cafe's & restaurants.

Càirdeil House, 8 Allan Gardens, Dornoch.

Our now extended (we've added a bedroom and shower room) detached 5 bed home is a new eco-house 5 mins walk from Dornoch Cathedral and 9 min to the golf club. A footpath through the woods leads directly over the golf course to the beach. The house is on a quiet road and looks out onto open countryside to the rear. There are five bedrooms, each with twin beds (three rooms can be made into superking beds) and three bathrooms. There are two lounges, a dining room, kitchen, utility/drying room.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Birdsong is in the peaceful woodland setting of Heatherwood Park.The chalet is nestled to the west side of the park away from the roadside with views to the west overlooking open fields, set in its own private grounds which is fully fenced and secure. The chalet is all on one level apart from 4 steps up to the front door,it has been recently renovated making it a bright airy modern space. We are situated outside the town of Dornoch about 1 mile north as you drive towards Embo.

The chalet is a fantastic base for exploring the Highlands with Dornoch's beautiful long sandy beach, castles, mountains and numerous golf courses. The chalet has Mountain view’s to the west and sea views. A short drive will give you access to some lovely walks and Lochs - Dog friendly

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome.
