Vous serez immédiatement subjugués par cette vue dominante sur la Mer. Les chaises longues vous invitent au repos et à la contemplation : mer, ciel, falaise, pins centenaires. Du vaste jardin paysagé un sentier descend vers la plage. Cette magnifique chaumière a su conserver tout le charme de la tradition. Son toit à l'ancienne, sa décoration chaleureuse et sa vue sur la mer appellent à une sérénité d'un autre temps :détendez-vous au coin du feu après de longues promenades en Côte d'Albâtre. Veulettes: la campagne à la mer, toute petite station balnéaire au charme un peu désuet(35 km d'Étretat Charmante chaumière typiquement normande avec son toit de chaume, ses colombages, son agréable jardin fleuri . Vous serez subjugué par cette vue dominante sur la mer et la falaise. Maison lumineuse ,confortable avec une décoration raffinée. Vaste séjour ,où vous pourrez passer de belles soirées au coin du feu. La cuisine est neuve et très bien équipée ,il y a le nécessaire et le superflu pour cuisiner..cafetière normale et nespresso,appareil à raclette,gaufrier,etc...épices La maison possède 4 chambres: -2 chambres avec un lit double dont 1 vue mer. -1 chambre avec 2 lits simples. -1 chambre dite «cabine»,très petite:5m2 avec fenêtre , un lit de 190*80 Chaine Hi-Fi, CD , DVD BBox fibre:Wi-Fi excellent débit 388 chaînes TV ,Bouquet Presse . livres , BD,jeux de société,jouets ( Kappla,Lego,Labyrinthe de billes) Barbecue , mobilier de jardin et bain de soleil en teck. Badmington,jeux de pétanque,Molki. Vous êtes comme chez vous! Cette chaumière est notre refuge familial de vacances ou de week-end loin de l agitation parisienne. Nous l avons entièrement restaurée en majeure partie nous même, en 2016,et nous espérons pouvoir continuer à apporter des améliorations chaque année. Nous y laissons nos souvenirs ,nos vieux meubles de famille patines par le temps ou relooké au goût du jour. Il y a tout pour passer d excellents moments ensemble à l intérieur comme à l extérieur. Je ne doute pas que vous aimerez l'endroit et sa vue magnifique autant que nous l aimons ! Veulettes est une minuscule petite station balnéaire. Autant le village est animé en saison ,autant en hiver il n y a que 2 restaurants ,le micro casino,et l épicerie/boulangerie d ouverts! Mais cette région et ses balades sont sublimes été comme hiver! Nous vous communiquerons par mail un petit guide de l endroit et de la région ,nous laissons de nombreux guides,ainsi que des indications de randonnée dans la maison : Vous n aurez jamais le temps de tout voir ,de tout faire! Il vous faudra revenir! Excellent séjour en côte d Albâtre et en Pays de Caux! Un sentier privé permet d accéder à la plage et au centre rapidement (600 mètres) Ce chemin de terre est en pente,et il n est pas praticable en poussette. Veulettes minuscule station balnéaire au charme un peu désuet, est située au cœur de la Côte D'Albâtre et du Pays de Caux. Activités nautiques, tennis, golfs, nombreux sentiers de randonnées, casino. Par le GR 21 vous longez la mer, les falaises, et découvrez des paysages époustouflants, été comme hiver, des demeures et des jardins somptueux. Région de Maupassant, aimée de Monet et des Impressionnistes, c'est aussi une étape gastronomique. Vous n'aurez pas le temps de tout voir de tout faire ! En voiture: 2 heures de Paris (200km),si la circulation le permet... 50 minutes du Havre , 1 h10 de Honfleur 35/40 minutes de Dieppe ou Etretat 45 minutes de Rouen Veules les Roses 15 minutes Varengeville 3O minutes Gare sncf la plus proche Yvetot 35 km(Paris st Lazare/Yvetot: 1h50) Puis Liaison autocar sncf jusqu a St Valery en Caux ou Cany Barville (9 km chacun de Veulettes) Ferry : Dieppe Les draps et serviettes sont une option payante : 15 €/personne. A demander une semaine à l avance. Dans la cuisine,je laisse à votre disposition un fond de cuisine et d épicerie afin de faciliter votre installation. Beachfront Escape in Sleepy Coastal Village

A beautiful, newly decorated three-bedroom house on the Jurassic Coast in the quiet and secluded area of Ringstead Bay. The house can accommodate six people, it has private front and rear gardens, stunning views across the water to Weymouth and Portland, and beach access directly in front of the property. The coastal path runs right past the front of the house leading to White Nothe and Lulworth in one direction and Osmington Mills and the local pub in the other. This is a dog friendly house and there are amazing walks to be had along the beach or on the many paths and routes in the local area This is a newly decorated, light and airy ground floor home with three bedrooms – a master king bedroom with single day bed and ensuite shower room; another king bedroom; one twin room (one queen bed and one single bed). In addition to the ensuite bathroom, the house has another two spacious shower rooms, with enough hot water for everyone to shower after a swim in the sea! The large open plan kitchen/living area has a brand-new kitchen with all the necessary amenities and a large range cooker; a separate utility/dishwashing area; a dining area with a table for eight people; and a seating area with a large smart television. The house also has fast broadband with wifi, a washing machine, a dryer, parking for 5 cars, garden furniture, use of a BBQ (please clean it after use) and a selection of beach toys. Guests have exclusive use of the house and garden. The few bedrooms in the old house (1st floor) will be locked and will never be occupied during your stay. You will be welcomed at the start of your stay. We are available over the phone for any requests or information for the duration of your stay and will advise how to lock up when you leave The home is set along beachfront (which can be accessed by a rugged cliff path) in the secluded hamlet of Ringstead on the Jurassic Coast. The area is ideal for hiking, fossil hunting, sailing, and fishing. Nearby Osmington Mills has a pub and cafe. There is a tiny independent shop in the village selling essentials and ice creams, both weymouth and Dorchester have many large supermarkets. it is not essential but advised to have a car if planning on getting to the local towns during your stay. you are welcome to bring boats, there is fantastic fishing in the bay and we can advise on the best spots. Sailing is great as well. Larger boats can be taken to the beach via the slip ramp 100m from the house or in weymouth marina. Small boats and dinghys can go down the short cliff in front of the house. Upon prior request we can provide access to a boat and recreational water sports equipment and toys Use of these is at your own risk and we will ask for a small deposit. L'appartement est situé au 1er étage de la Villa Mariposa sur la plage. Un emplacement de stationnement privatif sera à votre disposition dans la cour privée de la Villa ainsi qu'une cabine de plage. L'appartement est composé d'un Salon avec 2 fenêtres donnant sur la mer. Cette pièce est aménagée avec une cheminée en parfait état de fonctionnement, deux banquettes en lin de la marque Flamant, et un canapé convertible (excellente qualité de couchage et ouverture facile). La Salle à manger est aménagée avec une jolie table ronde de la marque Flamant, de 6 fauteuils, et dispose de 2 fenêtres vue mer, et est aménagée avec un canapé convertible. La cuisine est indépendante et parfaitement équipée (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, plaques vitro, four, réfrigérateur et congélateur, cafetière nespresso (capsules fournies). La chambre est aménagée avec un lit sur mesure de 155 x 200 cm, de liseuses led, et d'un écran télé au mur. Cette chambre est aménagée dans un esprit cocooning. Elle bénéficie de deux fenetres avec vue mer. Une jolie salle de bains en marbre, wc séparés, placards. Vue exceptionnelle sur mer. WIFI Haut débit illimité, TV et lecteur accès vod. Radiateurs connectés afin de vous permettre de régler la température du logement (application smartphone) avant votre arrivée. Mon employée de maison habite à quelques pas de l’appartement À quelques mètres de la mer, mais aussi à deux pas des commerces de la rue des bains, du marché aux poissons et d'excellents restaurants, cet appartement bénéficie d'une situation exceptionnelle et prisée.
