Great place close to the strip without the nonsense of a casino hotel. Highly recommend!

Clear easy instructions and fast check in. We had everything we needed staying here.

The house was beautiful! The hosts responded to us vety quickly each time we sent a message. The pool was maintained and was available to swim in. We really enjoyed the color scheme. The beds were comfy and the house had good AC. We were super close to the strip, and we're able to get around pretty easy from this location. We definitely rate this a 10 out of 10. We plan on staying here every time we visit Las Vegas.

Sean was the easiest AirBNB host to work with no hassles or frills. We were extremely familiar with the resort and location. It is perfect as there is no casino and no horrible smoke scent. The resort offers a ton of great events and amenities and has been upgraded considerably. The one thing that will never change is the haggle when checking in of them (Wyndham) trying to get you to do a presentation. I politely declined and then they tried to hook us with some wristband for opening our room again no need for that just get a traditional key. I will give kudos to the resort as I called a couple days before our arrival to ask for an ADA compliant room to make my mother in law's stay easier and more enjoyable and they were able to make that happen. Would rent from Sean again and again.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the convenience of being next door to the Sphere, which was our destination. We were able to also walk to other locations, such as the Arte Museum. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, quiet space and property amenities, such as the restaurant, market, pool, and luggage storage. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed to brew morning coffee, warm up leftovers and otherwise get ready for wherever we were going next.

This place was great! It’s super close to the airport and just a short cab ride (about $12–15) to the Strip—especially the MGM Grand. Check-in was really easy—no long lines like at the big hotels. There’s parking available right outside the house, which was super convenient. I stayed during WrestleMania weekend, and this spot was way more affordable than the fancy hotels. Perfect for a quick and comfortable stay in Vegas. Highly recommend!

Kaye was a great host! They were quick to respond and quick to help when we had any issues. The place was just as described and a quick Uber away from the airport, Las Vegas Strip and Freemont St. The neighborhood was very quiet and allowed us to get much needed rest after a night on the town. We were celebrating my best friend's bachelor party and he said this place contributed to an experience he'll never forget!

Abel’s place was super cute & clean! I loved staying here & it was perfect for my husband & I. Close to local amenities (restaurants, convention center) but also private. The only struggle we had was the door to the apartment we couldn’t lock successfully but Abel had a locked gate too so we felt safe. Very minimal noise from hosts & felt private!

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and is surprisingly spacious. It's attached to the main home but has a separate entrance, private bathroom, full kitchen, and all the living necessities. The bedroom even had a door that separates it from the kitchen! The instructions were so clear and included photos. The hosts were friendly and responsive. On a weekend when The Strip was overpriced and overcrowded, this apartment was a lucky break for us. The 20 to 25 minute drive to The Strip depending on traffic was not a problem. We would do it again!

For a couple or single person this place is perfect and worth it if your goal isn’t to be on the strip .highway access to 95 and I-15 isn’t far ,plenty of local stores very close by and plenty to do and eat on Craig rd by the cannery .super clean and neat and a quiet place to come to ,lay and rest.overall very well worth it and i wouldn’t hesitate to use this location every time I go to Vegas .host was super responsive,helpful and answers all questions within a reasonable time.all in all a perfect Airbnb stay

The unit was just as described - clean, spacious, and with a spectacular view of Sphere. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, I did have one issue during my stay but they were quick to address it and did everything they could to get it resolved while I was there. I would definitely recommend this unit and these hosts and I look forward to booking with them again. Viva Las Vegas!

Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb fue simplemente excepcional. El lugar es impecable, con una limpieza y cuidado que realmente se agradecen. Es ideal para una pareja: cómodo, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. El anfitrión fue muy amable y flexible, adaptándose a nuestros horarios de check-in y check-out, lo cual hizo todo mucho más cómodo. Aunque no está justo en el Strip, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que hay transporte público muy cerca que facilita el acceso a las principales atracciones de Las Vegas. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

KoKo was really accommodating when we asked if we could get an earlier check-in. Also, there was a slight misunderstanding about the coffee maker option (there was an expresso maker but no drip). Not an issue except I had purchased ground coffee for a drip machine. KoKo bought a drip coffee maker and had it delivered the following day. This was above and beyond expectations. It was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay off the strip.

I love this place. this is my second time staying here and it was great both times. always clean and smells good. nice area outside with a little table to sit at. We always feel safe and comfortable while there. I'll be back!

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. The jacuzzi overlooking the mountains was everything!! Mark was very proactive in his communication, anticipating every need. Will definitely book a stay at this location again.

Was such a great get away, was upgraded to 2 bedroom. Hotel was beautiful- family friendly get away from the Vegas craziness but close enough to find it still lol . Won’t stay anywhere else while In Vegas from now on. Thanks Todd !!

Uns haben die 4 Nächte in Chris‘ Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Es ist groß, gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strip. Chris ist sehr nett und hat sehr schnell reagiert, als eine Frage aufkam. Zu Fuß zum Strip sind es ca. 35 Minuten, also ein gutes Stück. Am Palms stehen aber ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, sodass man mit dem Auto näher an den Strip fahren kann und gut wieder zurückkommt. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten!

The place was quiet and great views from the 21 first floor. Bed was comfy, ensuite bathroom was huge with a private toilet which was really nice. Off the strip made it walkable to whatever you needed close by. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Palms Condo in Las Vegas. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, stylish, and offered breathtaking views of the Strip—exactly what you want for a Vegas getaway! Jaclyn and Ryan were absolutely phenomenal hosts. They were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Their thoughtful touches and local recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable. Whether you’re in town for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this condo is a perfect choice. Looks just like the pictures The location inside the Palms is unbeatable—close to all the action yet quiet enough to relax when you need a break. The amenities were top-notch, from the pool to the gym and everything in between. We’ll definitely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jaclyn and Ryan’s place to anyone looking for a premium Vegas experience!

Had an amazing stay. William was very helpful and communicative. Pleased with the Palms and all it had to offer. Next time in Vegas, I will stay here again!
