The villa is spacious and has most of the things you need on a vacation. The most impressive though is the location within the resort. It was near perfect. Beautiful mountain surroundings and close to the sea, beach, playground and outside showers, whereas 200 meters closer to the hotel, people are paying a lot more for a lot less. Be aware though, people who also like to travel outside the resort might occasionally need to wait longer on the uber. It is possible though, as we visited porto el sokhna and suez city, and had a great time. The host is also very proactive and responsive and will give you some delivery options available.

We had a fantastic stay. The open living area felt spacious and comfortable, and the large balcony was a real highlight with plenty of seating and stunning sea views. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset chats, or just soaking in the scenery. The apartment was clean, simply decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxed weekend. It felt like a true getaway. We walked down to the beach both days. Driving might be easier for some, but we enjoyed the adventure, especially jumping off the piers into the water, a highlight for the whole family. The nearby compound restaurant was delicious, and the grocery store had everything we needed, both just a quick 2–3 minute drive away. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful-communication was smooth, and she made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. This place exceeded our expectations, and we’re so happy to have found our new go-to escape from Cairo. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I booked the studio for my family and they were very happy with it. Great location to the swimming pools, amazing terrace The studio is cozy and decent. It was super clean and Mohamed was responsive whenever we needed anything.

Ayman is a spectacular host, starting the minute I made the booking, following up and waiting for me to greet me, giving me a full orientation of everything in the place, and the surroundings, very friendly and responsive, perfecting the balance between making one feel at home, and giving them space to enjoy the peacefulness his place offers - which is a whole other thing, Ayman's place certainly is a perfect destination for someone who needs quiet, and peaceful view to recharge, the beach is very beautiful (seen from the place - crystal clear!), a few minutes walk to the sea, which has amazing reefs is you're into snorkeling, too! The place itself is cosy, clean, and well maintained, with everything listed, all the essentials you might need for a break. Will certainly visit again, highly recommended.

The house in Sokhna was in a fantastic location—right across from the beach and just a short, easy drive from Cairo, which made it incredibly convenient for a quick getaway. We especially appreciated the spacious, fenced-in yard—it gave us plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze and allow the kids to run around freely. While the house itself could have used a more thorough cleaning before our arrival, which did affect our first impression, the responsiveness of the team helped smooth things over. Moustafa and Ibrahim were especially helpful—they went above and beyond by bringing us bottled water and ice, promptly fixing the dishwasher, cleaning the pool, and making both check-in and check-out seamless. They even went out of their way to return an item we had left behind, delivering it to us in Cairo. All in all, while not everything was perfect, the excellent location and helpful hosts made for a relaxed and enjoyable beach stay close to the city.

Terry's place on Louly Beach is a second home to me. When I lived and worked in Cairo, I'd come out for a long weekend with the certainty that I would enter into a pristeen hideaway, complete with everything I'd need to stay for at least a month, and leave feeling rejuvenated from having rested, reflected and relaxed. This could be the ideal place to stay for a single person or a couple who want to revitalize their lives, finish or begin a project, or, as Terry puts it, "finally finish that book!" I've always brought in my own food and groceries for staying a week or longer, because the kitchen boasts every appliance or tool one would need from making a sandwich, or taking hours to slowly simmer Marcella Hazan's Bolognese sauce. In addition, the Mövenpick Resort is a 15-20-minute stunningly beautiful walk away, where one can choose between the hotel's world-class buffet and a seaside a la carte restaurant. Only an hour and a half from Cairo! Life is short. Enjoy! Thanks Terry!

A great experience Hesham was extremely respectful, kind, and polite. He was always responsive and helpful. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. And as photos I highly recommend dealing with him — everything went smoothly and I would definitely book again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality .

The place is beautiful and worth a visit. The chalet deserves 5 stars and the resort is very beautiful, but it needs a car to be able to move from one area to another.
