The Phoenix Cottage was a great place for our family to stay while our son spent the week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We loved the vintage style cottage and the beautiful natural surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the quiet mornings drinking my coffee with the large barn doors wide open to the trees and lake. Hyde is a fabulous host and extremely flexible and responsive. We highly recommend this lovely home! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

Franks place was super cute! I never met, saw, or communicated with him but he had help living on the property who were amazing and kind. The space was very cozy and the property itself was beautiful. The only thing we didnt like was that there wasn’t a sponge in the kitchen and a lot of the dishes were dusty and sitting for a while or not clean from the last person. That is super minor though. Overall 5 stars for sure and would visit again.

Great for multiple families that are participating in Cooperstown Tournament. House is amazing, spacious. Huge yard, will definitely stay here again.

The location and setting is fabulous. The apartment is super quaint and cute with lots of charm. Hosts are wonderfully responsive

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Mel and Scott's place! The property and home were just lovely. They have done an amazing job restoring this historic home, while keeping its history, but giving it a fresh, clean and modern feel. The property was spotless, the amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and Mel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, including meeting me to show me around the property. The weather was cooperative one day, and we were able to go outside and sit by the fire bowl, enjoy nature and play some of the many outdoor games available. The other nights, we headed south and enjoyed some of the local restaurants on the wine trail. Very appreciative of Mel and creating the perfect experience for our time there. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable. Would definitely recommend it, and we will be back if we are in the area again!

Awesome place! Dana couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. The location, with many acres, was very peaceful and quiet. The only sound I heard were the church bells in the distance which was so soothing. The nicely appointed room (and great shower) is part of the barn with a small window looking out into the stables and the horses in the pasture beyond. Her place had everything I needed for a memorable stay.

It was a great place to stay. Practical and economical. You need a car to have flexibility when getting around. I practically only spent money on food to cook at home.

Dana’s place was perfect for our 2 night stay… cozy & comfortable room in a quiet & picturesque rural location, yet with convenient proximity to Cooperstown attractions. And loved the little window in our room looking into the stables and out to the horse pasture! Highly recommend!!

This was an amazing stay! We rented in Trumansburg with the intent to explore the finger lakes and found the area even more beautiful than we could have expected. Chris and Cindy were amazing hosts and helped us reschedule after weather interrupted our original travel date. They were super accommodating and there was so many fun things to do on the farm; we even got to hold our first chickens.

We stayed at Kate's for three nights while visiting family in the area. The place was perfect, really charming, clean, pleasant, quiet, and well-equipped. Kate was easy to communicate with, made our stay a pleasure and made us feel at home. Couldn't be better; we'll be back if she'll have us!

We loved our stay at the property. Comfortable, clean, nice smelling beddings. Spacious house for the family, very private and safe. Kitchen was equipped with proper utensils and the house had all the amenities you need during travel. Overall excellent experience, nice location and view, would love to visit again!

The Cristman barn was the perfect venue and place for my wedding party and family to stay for my extended wedding. The house is rustic and beautiful with our pups being able to run around the property and frolic in the open lands. There are a lot of bugs in the wetlands but nothing a flea and tick collar won’t cure for your pups. Elliot was a responsive and helpful host, always ensuring that all my questions got answered in a timely manor and any vendors I was working with had knowledge of what they were supposed to to do and when they could set up. The oven is a bit smaller now that they’ve replaced the old one and the ping pong table no longer is there but the stay was just as pleasant as the last time we were stayed. I’d 100% recommend for a big gathering or peaceful getaway with friends and family!

This is a very nice and peaceful place. it is also near Cornell University and numerous nature parks and Winery. Sara is friendly and had a super tour guide Harper (her daughter) to make you feel really welcome to her place. My family shared wonderful dinners with them that gave us an opportunity to have a deeper understanding of the working the stables. Sara riding classes are unlike the usual tourist gigs. Her level of professionalism gave us an insight how to properly ride horses and had fun with games with horses. We would have love to spend more tha our 2 days there as it is really beautiful and heart warming place...

What a peaceful stay we had at Lyn and Deedee place! They were both very responsive to all questions and had some great recommendations for us to do! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to safely roam around as we relaxed by the fire. The cabin was exactly as the photos depicted, note that there is no running water inside the cabin but plenty of bottled waters were provided. Access to the bathroom facilities was a “hop and skip” away, the outdoor shower with hot water was a nice surprise! The ac unit was perfect to keep the cabin cool, but I do recommend bringing a fan. The fridge is NOT inside the cabin, so it is recommended to plan accordingly if you are a snacker 🤪 This was the perfect combination of camping and glamping! Highly recommend

The Serenity Barn was perfect for our stay in Cooperstown. Our son was playing at Dreams Park and the location of the barn was great for all of the back and forth trips to the fields. It is centrally located to many of the great dining options as well. The barn is a great option for 1 or 2 small families that are visiting for baseball or any of the other attractions the area has to offer.

Arvilla and Wade were such a gem to work with. When we checked in there were a few wasps in the home from when the cleaners left the hole open (not the hosts fault at all) and we reached out to them and let them know and Wade immediately came over to help to offer assistance. He so was lovely! We even talked for 20 mins about the home! The home was extremely lovely and I fell in love with it the moment we got there. It is extremely charming, clean and very peaceful. My parents loved the home so much as well and we will be coming back here to stay in the fall time. Both Wade and Arvilla are such lovely people, kind hearted and friendly. Very proactive in responding as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you would like some peace and quiet. Very lovely home with very lovely people.

Beautiful home with fun art decoration and memorabilia. Helpful and friendly host. The loft was perfect with a comfy bed and the feel of a luxury suite. Wish we could've spent a couple more nights!
