The host was extremely welcoming and happy to share his home. I only stayed one night, but Erie would be a great place to spend a week, in which case Denny would make a great tour guide as well. Just let him know what you want to do or where you want to eat and he'll have plenty of recommendations.

This is my second time at Caroline's place and I loved it as much this time as last time. Caroline is a very gracious and responsive host. The house is spotless and is stocked very well. I highly recommend it! It is in a very quiet nice neighborhood and has a lovely back and front porch with beautiful view of neighbor's gardens from back porch.

Great value! The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Robert responded to our questions within minutes. Cozy and comfortable.

Had a great time staying here! The place was super clean and had everything I needed. Loved having the full kitchen and private deck to hang out. Check-in was easy and Ricardo was helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely book again.

Carly’s home is adorable! Very easy to find - even in the dark - with a lit house number sign. The yard is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed all the tulips in bloom. The whole neighborhood was bursting with Spring colors. The home was conveniently located and close to Presque Isle and Erie. We would definitely stay in this home again and I highly recommend it for a couples getaway.

Plum Street Retreat was the perfect place to stay for our family members who do not usually live together. We each had our own room & were conveniently located in downtown Edinboro, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, & the beautiful lake. We were in town for the Edinboro University graduation, which was just a 5-minute drive from this house, which definitely felt like a home.

Not much to add to previous reviews. Clean, convenient, easy entry and good communication.

Monica's place was absolutely great! She allowed for early check in and we were very appreciative of her generosity. The place was clean and in order. A binder was on the kitchen table with all the important information. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. We loved the game room! What a bonus!! We plan a trip to Erie every year and we plan to extend our trip next year at Monica's place. Worth every cent!!

Great little house to stay in! Just a block away from a small park on the bay and only a few blocks from Gannon campus. House had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in/out was a breeze and owner had great communication. No crazy demands for check out. We will stay again!

Had a wonderful stay at Ina’s. The place was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. Modern appliances and decor, spacious, and quiet. Having the extra half bath was great. The location was a 10 minute drive for everything we wanted/had to do. The only minor suggestions I have is to maybe replace the one black leather couch (it seemed broken/saggy and was a tad uncomfortable.) The kitchen table was pretty small too if you have more than a couple people. More seating would be great! But regardless, highly recommend! Thanks so much to our gracious host!

Sherri was helpful and responsive. Place was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Stayed with a toddler and 2 dogs and place was great for both! We all enjoyed the grounds as well, despite the rain. Loved the covered porch!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Quiet with the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, gym and ice cream shops. Perfect spot to run through Scott Park, Frontier, and Presque Isle

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.
