The restroom and large outdoor shower room are steps away and offer a private outdoor shower experience. Ac in room is super cold with queen bed with breathable memory foam mattress provide cozy feel. Beach chairs ,towels, and snorkel masks included. Parking on-site. Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Our apartment features a front entrance and parking, one bedroom with a king-size bed and A/C, a private bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a little side patio. Plus, with your adventures in mind, we've included towels, chairs, and a cooler so you can enjoy the beach like a local.

Our home will be found through an easy walk from the Esperanza 'malecón" and up a neighborhood hill. The ample space welcomes families in the two large bedrooms and backyard. We have a children's play area for families traveling with small children. Lovely views from our balcony will remind that your Caribbean getaway has begun.
