A beautiful mini lodge based a 2 min walk to the facilities on site . It was so easy to check in using the lockbox and was clean , comfy and great the beds were made ready for us . A full size bath was great for the kids and we really enjoyed being here in a peaceful space! Can’t wait to book again Thankyou

Stunning static caravan in the heart of Essex

After a busy day in Clacton, it was a pleasure to stay at Dianne's place. The caravan was clean and comfortable, and just what we needed. We got takeaway meals from the onsite restaurant, which were good quality. There is a good play area onsite. We didn’t get chance to use the heated pool unfortunately. Dianne was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage

The gardens are situated in stunning woodland surrounded by wildlife, what could be nicer? Well appointed comfy accommodation and outside seating to sit and have a coffee and take in the view! Fiona was welcoming on an exceptionally busy weekend with a plant exhibition from different stall holders, so pleased we were able to see it! We will try to visit again in the height of summer to see what the change of season has to offer.

Holbecks Barn

Five stars all round. Sharon and John have done a fantastic job in creating a really special place to stay. They are extremely hospitable - evidenced by the amply stocked fridge - and have thought of everything. There are books to suit all tastes, board games galore for the kids and plenty of wood for the wood burner. The location is extremely peaceful with lovely walks on the doorstep but in striking distance of Hadleigh. Highly recommended. We had a great stay and none of us wanted to leave.

This place is amazing and had everything we needed. It was clean and welcoming, the instructions on how to arrive and get in were very clear. With 2 adults and 3 kids there was plenty of space. We loved wading through the river to the beach which was perfect for kite flying. Morning runs along the seawall were picturesque. It has its own netflix account for guests to use and lots of board games. Elizabeth was so kind and helpful, she responded quickly and regularly checked we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Kelly’s holiday homes 3 Bedroom Spacious Caravan

Only stayed for one night, but exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious, especially with two boys and two dogs in tow! The campsite was well maintained and even though we were the weekend after the summer holidays the pool was still accessible, much to the delight of our boys.

Heron Lodge at Constable Park

A beautiful lodge located on the river, looking across the beautiful RSPB reserve, we enjoyed spending time on the deck, using the binoculars provided to watch the abundant wildlife, including the beautiful barn owl flying in the evening and the Heron passing by. We had a very relaxing weekend stay here with everything we needed, Sarah and Ian are wonderful hosts and Ian also helped us get our first paddle boarding experience under our belts too. The lodge had everything we needed and the bed was lovely and comfortable. there is now a small TV with freeview provided, but we never even switched it on, that view is just too special to wast time watching TV! We will definitely return to soak up the beauty and tranquility. Thanks Sarah & Ian

My family and I had an amazing time away thanks to Rachael. She was an amazing host, very communicative and even allowed us to have a late check out as there wasn’t anyone staying on the day we were leaving. Highly highly recommend Rachael and this home!

amazing place! It looked even better than the photos. was spotless and so spacious. beds super comfy. had a slight problem with the boiler and sarah was straight on the phone to help resolve it. was lovely sitting in the hot tub and we had a lovely girls weekend catching up. would defintely recommend and would return.

Jenny, I hope you like my review, we enjoyed our short holiday in your caravan. I think you will need to fix some of the furniture, like the wardrobe door in the double room. Otherwise everything was fine, thanks. Peter
