A cozy homestead house built in 1950 with all of the modern upgrades. A small space packing lots of style! Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

Explore the Golden Heart City from this adorable little cabin! Nestled in the hills of Goldstream you'll feel like you're deep in the wilderness but you'll be within 10 minutes from town. You'll feel like a real Alaskan here! No visible neighbors is such a peaceful feeling. Step outside onto the porch and sip your coffee while listening to the dog sled teams howling. You’ll likely see squirrels, birds, possibly a frog! If you're lucky you might catch some Northern Lights.

The Cozy Boho Apartment!

Welcome, here you will find a private driveway leading up to your own patio with outdoor seating. Inside is a newly remodeled Boho inspired open concept unit. Walking through the kitchen/dining area into the living room is a pullout couch with extra linens and large windows to let in the Alaskan sun. Aurora Ridge Retreat | Aurora View 2BR Near UAF

Aurora Ridge Retreat is a peaceful hillside 2-bedroom home near UAF, just minutes from Fairbanks. Enjoy wooded hill views and open skies from the private deck, with frequent wildlife sightings. Casa Tanana

Wilderness and Aurora views close to town - A charming cedar shake house perched on a bluff overlooking the Tanana River with a view of the Alaska Range mountains and northern lights when the weather permits. About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.

The little log cabin in the woods

This little log cabin gives guests an authentic Alaskan experience of "damp" (running water at the sink, heated outhouse, no shower) cabin living with all the creature comforts in a cozy spot nestled in the woods. It's close to town, but far enough away to see auroras in the dark winter skies. Close to trails and local entertainment and food, but you just might see a moose walk by.

The Market Studio

Our UPSTAIRS studio has a full kitchen, bath and laundry that sleeps up to THREE people. The kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas are all open to each other, while the bathroom and laundry have a separate space within the Studio. You will be in walking distance of restaurants, coffee, shopping and movie theater. Enjoy the comforts of home while going on your Alaskan adventures.

Northern Lights Layover

Remodeled one bedroom home perfect for affordable, yet comfortable travel for small groups of people. The Northern Lights Layover has a full kitchen, full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The home also has a large, shared yard and off street parking with high speed internet and WIFI. The home is located less than 4 minutes from the airport!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.

This cozy studio is in the heart of downtown Fairbanks. Located in the historic district and within walking distance of the Chena river, restaurants, coffee shops and stores.
