My Son and I stayed here.We where looking for a place in Colorado that give us access to both hiking and different cities to explore.This place definitely did that plus more!!The peaceful setting and very well set up unit was extremely nice.Tim was a excellent host and great to talk with.We had beautiful warm weather during our stay and a decent snow storm on our last day.Even if you dont want to leave the unit at all.....Tim has it all set up well for that too!!

Glenn’s place was exceptional. Very quiet and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Judy is an excellent host. She met us personally to ensure that our code worked, explained the features of the apartment, and answer questions about the area. There was even a welcome treat in the kitchen. Mountain views, fresh air, a Jeep theme throughout, and a heated floor in the bath made it even more wonderful. Do follow her navigation instructions for an easy approach up the driveway. Parking is easy. Looking forward to another visit.

David's place was perfect the spot for our Denver stay. We had an event at the Colorado Convention Center and it was a 15 minute walk. The people who ran the lobby were great and gave great recommendations, they also made check-in extremely easy. David was a great host and communicator, will book again next time I'm in Denver.

This stay was perfect for our weekend get away. Hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Check in was a breeze and I loved the location. Easy to get places and also super clean! Would definitely stay again

I have stayed at plenty of airbnbs and this was by far one of the BEST spots I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect. 18 minutes to Red Rock Amphitheater, 7 mins to Casa Bonita and literally 12-15 mins to anywhere in Denver. The Irish pub across the street is a must try as is the cafe below as well. The apartment is cozy and perfect for 3-5 people tops. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom! The roof top deck is perfect for sunsets or sunrises. In all I had an amazing time and I WILL 100% book this spot again.

Great place to stay. Recommend. near fun stuff. clean and spacious. this is the basement of the host's house which I didn't catch in the description but it does say that.

Great place. Very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Easy access to everything including walking and biking trails. Next time, we are renting e-bikes

This was a great spot near a bunch of fun stuff. Walked to the coffee shop nearby and it was a beautiful neighborhood. Easy to check in with private entrance. Super clean spot and the hosts were responsive and accommodating

Incredibly well stocked and furnished, this cozy space is a great place to crash! Alice was extremely helpful and friendly- we even got to meet her sweet dog!

This was an outstanding 5 star stay. Just like the pictures and spotlessly clean, the home had everything we needed for a stress free family visit to the city. The location was so close to restaurants, markets and tons of attractions as well as playgrounds for kids. Adorable, safe, friendly neighborhood. Host was friendly, responsive and very helpful. 100% recommended all around

This place is absolutely beautiful and even better than the photos. Robert was an excellent host, friendly, and responded quickly to questions. The area was perfect and close to Olde Town. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Evergreen Ranch is a beautiful mountain home perfect for families. The home is comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location. You can’t beat the sunset from the hot tub. We will definitely return!

Overall excellent condo, excellent location and very good value for the price. Our only issue was slight lack of cleanliness in both bathrooms. Very minor but still immediately noticeable. All things considered would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again

Amazing stay! Came in for a girls weekend in Denver and had a blast. Could not have asked for a better airbnb. Lots of towels and blankets, which always seem to be lacking from other airbnbs. Great area that is very walkable and felt very safe. Loved it!

Our original spring break plans fell apart… Last minute we booked with Brandon. I think at 2:00AM….we decided to not to try another flight. And just drive up to Winter Park. I woke up with a message that he accepted our reservations with only 12 hour notice. He also knew that my family was going to hit the slopes in the morning but, I wasn’t. He offered to coordinate an earlier check in for me. This unit is very nicely decorated and clean. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools to cook and make coffee or tea. But, we most took advantage of being able to walk to the restaurants near by. It’s conveniently located by the nice trails, market and restaurants. I booked this place thinking of me, not so much for my boarders. But, the drive to board was just 5-10 minutes away. There is also a free bus. My family loved the location! Thank you Brandon!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place near Winter Park resort. The home was lovely, clean, and well stocked. We would stay again!

Casey’s place is incredibly convenient and the inside is exactly as advertised. Very nice beds and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to park just 10-20 meters from the elevator and then find the place on level 3 just a short distance from the elevator. When you’re staying here, you walk out directly into the base of Winter Park so you’re right at the gondola, Starbucks, and the base lodge. The place is spacious. We had two people, but the sofa bed would have made it comfortable with four. Casey is friendly and easy to work with. We will be back.

This is a fantastic option for a ski vacation at Winter Park. We had never stayed at a ski-in ski-out location before and are now spoiled. There is a secure area to store our skis and the exit is about 30 feet from the Corridor run (which goes straight to the gondola). The full kitchen was great, especially with included spices and good amount of pans, knives, etc. Highly recommend!

Great location within walking distance of everything Golden has to offer. Exceptionally clean and Kristin has thought of anything you may need during your stay.

The place was exactly as Cyndi described, and the location was indeed great: about a 10 minute walk to the convention center or Union Station. Very spacious, fun rec room and good fitness center downstairs. Cyndi was very responsive, even when we had some odd questions.
