Sandi's place is amazing!! At first I was a little hesitant because it is on the basement level, but the basement gets natural light and you have a huge space for yourself that is extremely clean and modern. The bed is suuuper comfortable and big and you get a modern kitchen and bathroom. There are restaurants nearby and ubering downtown is around 10-15$. Sandi is a fantastic host and was always attentive of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic location for our first weekend in Denver. Very walkable neighborhood, went to a baseball game, caught a shuttle to a show at Red Rocks, and ate delicious food without having to rent a car. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean and quiet.

We had a great time at Sandy’s place. The unit was lovely and had everything we needed - well equipped to make great coffee and cook! It’s also right next to some trails and just a short drive from lots of great hiking locations near boulder. We got some inspiration from the trail maps / guides in the unit!

We booked a last minute trip to Estes and this was perfect. There was a full kitchen with many things provided which was great to cook at home rather than eating out for every meal. The location was very close to downtown (walkable) and a quick drive to Rocky National Park. The place was incredibly clean. Instructions were great. I would book here again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in! Everything was just as it was listed and just a really beautiful spot! Will definitely come back!!

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

Julie's place is great. Excellent location, convenient to town and CU, well-appointed, and very clean. Communication was thorough and clear. Would definitely stay again. Good to be aware that there is not a full-kitchen (no stove), but those seem to be very hard to come by at an affordable price in Boulder. Wasn't an issue for us.

Super cute and cozy place! You can feel the love poured into it. Mish was a great communicator with lots of small extra touches that made all the difference.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We especially loved the big, comfy beds in each of the rooms—they made for a great night's sleep. The couch was super comfortable for relaxing after a day out, and the hot tub was such a nice bonus! A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

The location was great you’re in walking distance of so much and it’s a quick drive to the convention center. Definitely will book again.

Julie's place was clean and as advertised. Plenty of space for myself and two friends. The rooftop deck was fantastic for relaxing with coffee in the morning and evening lounging. Centrally located so easy access to downtown Denver, but also close to cute neighborhoods. Would stay there again!

We had a great stay at this home while visiting the Denver area! Home was clean and well kept and host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

the place is perfect if you are traveling with dogs, they had a great fenced in yard . it's only 20 min away from Red Rocks too so it's a double win!

Trish's space was perfect for our family. I liked the kitchen space and there was a lot of room to spread out. Good location. Not far from CSU and Old Town. Liked that it was right by one of many hiking trails. My daughter's loved playing the baby grand!

Amy's place was conveniently located for our ski trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Amy provided good instructions and made us feel welcomed. We would stay there again!

Place was exactly like the photos. Very clean. Had all the essentials available to us. Very quiet. This place was definitely our favorite. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was SO clean and organized. Maria had so many toiletries for if you forgot anything, makeup remover towels, fans, shovels, iron, and anything else you could think of that you might need. The bed was SO comfortable and the tvs were great and very easy to navigate as well. The hot tub was very nice and clean with such a great view. It was so cozy and wonderful. My husband and I loved the unique art on the walls. Maria was SO quick to respond and was so helpful with anything we needed. It was so wonderful! We would go back tomorrow!

Their place was so cozy and warm with a lot of board games which we did not use because we were exhausted from skiing lol. The BEST LOCATION. Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!

absolutely outstanding accommodations in such a beautiful location. thoughtfully kitted out but everything you need to have an amazing experience both during the winter if you're skiing and even if you just want to get away. it was super lovely and I would highly recommend anybody traveling through Colorado Rockies!
