This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Crisp, white walls, hardwood floors, and mesmerising original XVIII century tiles panels, give this home an authentic and inviting Portuguese feel. The tiny and picturesque Madragoa is situated behind the waterfront district of Santos, and alongside Alfama, was home to Lisbon's fishwives and fishing community. The apartment is right in the middle of this quaint neighbourhood.

Stay right in the middle of the World Heritage neighborhood Baixa Pombalina, in a 200 years old building, in a typical local home. Experience living with examples of traditional ceramic tiles, and the wood beams part of the world's first anti-earthquake system, the Pombaline Cage. —NOTE— There is renovation work going on in other apartment in the building, until July. Some noise is expected during day time.
