Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, West Green Lodge is a beautiful detached dwelling in the picturesque countryside. An idea place for a peaceful stopover, attending a wedding nearby or close to the University of Exeter and city centre. It offers the perfect romantic get-away and a great base for walking, exploring or relaxing. The cottage provides one spacious bedroom with glorious views of ancient oak trees and our wildflower orchard. Downstairs is full of character with a bespoke wooden staircase, cosy log burner with unlimited logs provided, quality corner sofa bed, stylish kitchen and shower room.
