Haustierfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Eyjafjörður

This was my favorite place we stayed on our trip around ring road! We only wish we had stayed a little longer. The house is so well decorated with vintage and modern decor combined beautifully and it is so comfortable and inviting. We had everything we needed for a good night's stay. We didn't have time to try the sauna but the room looked wonderful! For those worried about no wifi, I recommend renting a Trawire mobile modem - order for pickup from the airport - it works anywhere in the country and was very helpful. There was a good bakery right down the road that had a nice selection of homemade items as well - Sauderkroksbakari.

A computer glitch deleted our original pre-paid booking at a place which we reserved 5 months prior in Blönduós, and we were scrambling to find lodging. Fortunately, Gunnar was able to accommodate us last-minute at his recently renovated historical home in Sauðárkrókur. The kitchen has modern appliances and the twin mattresses were high quality and comfortable. The house is located walking distance from local restaurants and I enjoyed looking at the fjord from the windows.

Lovely relaxed stay. Had everything our group of six needed. Loved cooking in the kitchen. Beds were great and the bathroom exquisite.

The house is big and there are many beds. But, indeed you need to be aware of the stairs. The place is beautiful, a very good choice for a group of friends.

Heiða Kristín’s place was perfect. Absolutely spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Great view from the bedroom window too. We’ll definitely be back!

Frábær eign á frábærum stað. Stutt í miðbæinn, og aðra þjónustu. Virkilega heimilislegt og allt hreint. 10/10.

Einstaklega huggulegt og kósý hús fyrir vinkonuhópinn. Allt til alls í eldhúsinu og tvö baðherbergi :) Þetta er í annað sinn sem við erum allar saman í húsinu og við vorum allar sammála um að þarna væri gott að vera. Staðsetningin er miðsvæðis og samskiptin við eigandann frábær.

Our first Air BnB thatcame with smiles and handshakes! Helga and her husband are not only great hosts but great people as well. The communication back and forth was quick and easy. Any question we we got an answer instantly... and follow her directions not google! The farm is on one of the most beautiful pieces of land with the most outstanding views, yet a very short to town, grocery store, etc. The space had everything we needed, including a very spacious shower with hot water for days! The bed was very comfy but our favorite room was the living area with all the awesome views. My husband and I now have a joke that Helga turned on the Northern Lights for us... after 8 nights in Iceland with no lights we were able to experience this phenomenon right out the front door. Thanks Helga! Don’t hesitate to book when staying in Akureyri, we hope to be back again one day!

it was very great to stay at Tomas's place. I felt like I was home. it is very near the bus stops. ver very close to the city center. Tomas was always good at responding fast and very nicely. I highly recommend.

Had a great winter retreat at Lea's cabin. It's wonderfully located, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The cabin is equipped with everything you need, from BBQ to hot tub. Bonus points for the Northern Lights we got on NYE!

Clean, looks very new, good beds. Great environment, beautiful valley with great hiking oppurtunities. I really recommend booking the breakfast, we got f.ex. among other things smoked salmon and smoked trout, on freshly baked bread, yummy :)

I really loved the place and was very comfortable. Everything felt up to date and everything was in well working condition. I arrived late at night and left early in the morning so I didn’t get to really see the area or any horses unfortunately. But had I known there were activities here as well I would’ve booked those too! Will have to consider coming back in the future.

Appartamentino molto accogliente, caldo. Situato nelle vicinanze del centro. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le lavatrici e asciugatrice, necessari per questo viaggio on the road. Siamo riusciti a vedere anche l’aurora boreale per due giorni di fila. Consigliassimo. Grazie :)

The place was beautiful and the view from the place was even better. Couldn’t recommend enough, we loved our stay! The valley helped with cloud coverage and we were able to see the northern lights from our hot tub!

This was a great place to relax and unwind. The cottage is well designed with lots of space. Our hosts went above and beyond with some very special touches during the holiday season that made us feel very at home, away from home. It was a great stay!

Una cabaña muy acogedora con todos los servicios que se anuncian e incluso más. Un verdadero placer alojarse aquí y sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Akureyri. Benedikt un anfitrión siempre pendiente

Un increíble alojamiento, muy auténtico y con todo lo que necesitas. El equipamiento es excelente y tiene toques especiales. Sin duda lo recomiendo y más si viajas en familia. El jacuzzi es increíble. Hay una tienda cercana para comprar alimentos básicos. Madara fue una excelente anfitriona, me ayudó desde el primer momento y siempre estuvo atenta, brindando recomendaciones e indicaciones.

Fijn verblijf inclusief bbq, tv, twee slaapkamers en geen geizer water.

We had a wonderful holiday at Sara's house. The house is warm, cosy and spacious, and the view and surroundings are spectacular. Sara was very communicative and helpful throughout.
