Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Eyüpsultan

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und auch die Kommunikation top. War immer gut erreichbar und hat nach kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Die Unterkunft an sich ist klein aber fein. Für einen Aufenthalt in Istanbul sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung mit dem grandiosen Blick auf den Bosporus und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind großartig! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch in Istanbul!

Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick . Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause . Auch Frau Funda war immer hilfsbereit super freundlich und immer schnell aktiv sobald man sie kontaktiert hat. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Touch . Schön hell sehr sauber . Perfekter Ort wenn man in Istanbul verbleiben möchte.

Bizimle sürekli iletişimde olan her türlü konuda yardımcı olan çok kibar ve nazik bir ev sahibi. Ev çok temiz konum mükemmel çok memnun kaldık.

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

Herşey çok güzeldi , konumu ve temizliği harika

Yatak odasındaki bir pencere hafif aralık kaldığı için oda biraz soğuktu. Araya bir şey sıkıştırarak sorunu çözdük. Mutfak malzemeleri yemek yapmak için pek yeterli değildi. Evin konumu sahile çok yakın. Sorularımız için iletişime geçtiğimizde çok hızlı dönüş aldık. Kışın şehirden çok uzaklaşmadan sakin bir kaçamak yapmak için ideal.

Murat bey ve sevgili eşi çok sıcakkanlı bir karsilama yaptılar. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Ev harika bir biçimde tertemizdi. Evde ve mutfakta ihtiyaciniz olabilecek her husus düşünülmüştü. Tatilinizin güzel gecmesinde evde olan konfor çok etkiliydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Отличное жилье, шикарная локация, теплые полы. Немного шумновато от лёгкого метро, но быстро привыкаешь. Обратите внимание, что двойная кровать по российским меркам больше полуторная.

Beklentilerimiizi karşıladı memnun kaldık

Konum iyi, merkeze sadece 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Mutfak araçları tam. Evin bulunduğe yer sessiz, sakin orman ve deniz bir arada. Orman yürüyüşe çok elverişli. Arzu hanımın iletişimi gayet iyi. Memnun kaldım, tavsiye ederim.

Solo por las vistas ya vale la pena este alojamiento. Özgür es una persona disponible a ayudar en lo que necesites, enseguida me mostró donde tenía su joyería para lo que me hiciese falta. Iba preocupado por el tema de la entrada y las escaleras al leer los comentarios pero me pareció hasta divertido y pintoresco. Es Estambul!! Subes y bajas y saludas a los vecinos de abajo, los chicos de la cafetería que son muy amables. Vale la pena desayunar o comer algo en la cafetería de abajo. Volveré!!
