Serviced Apartments als Ferienunterkünfte in Eyüpsultan

We have used 2 apartments in this property. The owner (Isil) is probably the best host we had over the years. After our arrival, she had almost 2 hours with us, walking around the neighborhood, tell us about its history and suggest us many restaurants and shops. When we had any issue or question, she was there to reply. The one to have in mind is that the building is old and traditional (wooden) which means there is limited soundproof. On the other hand, the neighborhood is quite, beautiful and traditional with all the necessary shops nearby. Distance from the center is 15' using buses & trams which are very frequent & cheap (using Istanbulkart).

Öncelikle temizlik konusunda bayıldık her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldı ev sakin ve kullanışlıydı çok rahat ettik bir ev için gerekli tüm malzemeler neredeyse hepsi mevcuttu kesinlikle bir daha gelmeyi düşüneceğiz

the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent appartment! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they even provided us with laundry detergent so we could use the washing machine. Great location, close to Istiklal and Taksim square. Would highly recommend!

We are so happy to have chosen this accommodation in Istanbul! We chose it because they donate 5% of their profit to help feed the cats :) The communication with the host was fast, clear and friendly. The host even made a website with all local recommendations :)) The apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. And we even got slippers, water and cookies :) We would highly recommend this perfect spot with a terrace to everyone visiting Istanbul! P.S. In February - the sun shines on the breakfast terrace from 11am to 2pm. Happy travelling fellow travellers!

biz çok memnun kaldık yine gelmek isteriz sakin sessiz bir sokaktaydi.her yer yakın ve kusursuz. kahvaltıları ise çok güzeldi güzel düşünülmüş.Şirin bir yerdi.utu masasından ütü ye saç kurutma makinesi cattle tost makinesi mini Ocak ve mutfakta kullanılabilecek herşey mevcuttu.isinma konusunda problem yaşamadık sıcak su hazirdi.tertemiz di evleri ..

We had a fantastic stay at Nevzat’s place. It was in a great location close to Galata tower and walking distance to Taksim square with multiple lovely restaurants nearby. The place was fitted with great amenities. Would love to come again!

Great and clean place, very convenient being close to hospitals if you go for surgeries, options for breakfast and take out food at any time and coffee shop right downstairs.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul! The apartment is very nicely designed, super clean and situated right on Istiklal street. Great noise isolation considering that the apartment is on the 5th floor. Elevator and AC present, overall a very convenient experience!

Good location. It’s important to mention that even it has windows faced to the backyard it is still apt in a building on the busiest street of Istanbul. You still will get a bit of noise. The room is clean, fresh furnitured and has simple checkin. Great experience.

الاقامة كانت ممتعة وجميلة ، الشقة كانت بمستوى عالي النظافة والاهتمام ، ابسط التفاصيل موجوده مثل الفواحات العطرية في الشقة والممرات ، الشي الوحيد المعيب في الشقة انها كانت لاتوجد اصنصير لكن لابأس تمت مساعدتنا من قبل الموظفين وكانوا لطيفين جداً ، الشقة تقع في وسط حي واضح لكن الوصول لها متعب من ناحية الصعود لا تنفع لكبار السن لان احيانا السيارات لاتستطيع الوصول لباب العمارة .

سررنا جدا بإقامة اينيس وكاننا في بيتنا وكان استباقي في الخدمات وودود جدا ومحترم ومكان استراتيجي ونوصي به بشدا ونتمنى زيارته مرارا واشكر اينيس جزل الشكر والعرفان🌹✋🌷

La ubicación es práctica respecto a la conectividad con el aeropuerto y el resto de la ciudad. Hay lugares para comer cercanos, aunque es un poco ruidoso. Safa fue muy atento y valoro muchísimo la limpieza semanal, siempre todo estaba impecable. Había utensilios básicos para resolver una comida ligera. También valoro el sistema de calefacción, puesto que los días que llegamos estaba muy frío en Estambul.

Everything was good except the internet problems for the first couple of days and the noise from the street, if you are sensitive it can be a problem. But the location is very comfortable and you have everything you need for several days staying.

The apartment is situated in a great location, near the Taksim square. It is well equipped inside. The host helped us quickly with any question. It's not enough lights from the outside, but it was not critical. Thanks!

Enes was a great host who cared about every part of our stay! From arrival to the day we left, we felt at home and cared for in Istanbul thanks to Enes.
