This cozy yurt offers privacy amongst the spruce trees and will make you feel close to nature! The yurt is well-insulated from the elements relative to other yurts. Pets not allowed! *The outhouse is a short walk away from the front door; no indoor toilet or shower. There is running hot and cold water in the kitchen!

Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

This tiny, cabin offers privacy for two. Conveniently located in West Fairbanks, 10 minutes from the airport, it features a loft bed, small kitchen appliances, and artistic decor, exclusive, private use of a full bathroom inside our home, completely separate from our personal area. This beautiful private entrance, 2 bedroom mother-in-law apartment offers a great view of the Tanana Valley, wildlife and Auroras from the privacy of your own cedar deck. While seeming remote, it offers full amenities such as unlimited internet, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and bath and is only 10 minutes from town. This apartment is perfect for a family wanting to experience Fairbanks Alaska without breaking the bank, staying at a crowded downtown hotel or giving up home luxuries.

Secluded Aurora Haven: Guesthouse in the Hills

Please read carefully: Offering an entire one room guest house, the space is completely separate/detached from the main home, providing complete solitude. This is meant to be an affordable alternative to other options. There is an incinerator toilet and sink, however, there is NO running water of any kind provided for this space, it is a great location to sleep, rest or relax and watch some TV, read, do some work, or just enjoy the quiet. High Speed Wifi provided. No breakfast.

Chena hills cozy hideaway

Keep it simple in our cozy cabin in the woods. This cabin features 1 loft bedroom upstairs accessed by a ladder and a full kitchen and living room. The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport

College Town Charm

College Town Charm (CTC) is wonderful place to base your Fairbanks adventures out of. A place to relax, recharge, or even get some work done. CTC is in a great area close to the University. From here you are in walking distance to great restaurants, groceries, and even a laundromat if needed. CTC features high speed internet, wall mounted TV's with Netflix and YouTube TV. The Charm also has an HRV to provide continuous fresh filtered air.

Northern Lights Adventure Cabin

The peace, quiet and fresh air will envelop you with tranquility but invite you to explore what’s just outside the door. Have morning coffee on the deck to leisurely start your day then sit around the fire at night while you relive the days adventures. It’s far enough from the city lights for northern lights viewing when they’re out. No smoking of any kind on the premises at all. We’re only 4.4 miles the airport.

Chaplin Cabin

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.

The little log cabin in the woods

This little log cabin gives guests an authentic Alaskan experience of "damp" (running water at the sink, heated outhouse, no shower) cabin living with all the creature comforts in a cozy spot nestled in the woods. It's close to town, but far enough away to see auroras in the dark winter skies. Close to trails and local entertainment and food, but you just might see a moose walk by.
