Welcome home. Where we have all of the comforts of YOUR home, but located in AK. This retreat features a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and both Nespresso and regular coffee options to ensure you can focus on exploring, not housing. There is also a cozy book nook to curl up with your favorite novel. On top of that, this home sleeps 6 comfortably and has ample parking. The apartment is ideally situated just a short walk to Creamer’s Field, the fairgrounds, and a beautiful bike path for exploration.

Private & Cozy, 2 bedroom in quiet neighborhood!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. Close to the University, the Chena River, the airport and downtown. Relax in this comfortable and clean two bedroom (three beds and futon) while you plan your exploration on the nearby foot and bicycle paths or by car. Midnight Sun Suite

Be my guest! I have a cozy little ground level suite in my home, that is available now and then when friends and family are not staying with me. You enter through a shared side garage door but have your own private space with the all the basics for a short or long visit! We are close enough to town to see it, but in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Your view may be wildflowers in the summer or on those special winter nights you may see the Northern Lights dancing outside your window!

Modern North Pole Studio

Centrally located studio apartment in the heart of North Pole. Clean and spacious studio that is close to famous Chinese cuisine Pagoda, local coffee shops, and grocery store. Only a 7 min drive to the Santa Claus house and 4 min drive to Safeway. Enjoy home away from home with King size bed, kitchenette, and oversized bathroom. Large walk in closet for storing clothing is a hidden addition to this studio. Studio has a wrap around deck where you can enjoy time outside in local neighborhood.

Studio Guest Suite in Tranquil Birch Forest

We have been hosting artists, friends and family in our guest suite for over 25 years. less than 15 minutes from downtown, nestled in a birch forest. This clean, cozy and private suite sits above our separate (not for guest use) Howling Bear Studio, a multimedia facility in operation since 1987. Close to nature hikes and world class cross country skiing. Recently remodeled bathroom and kitchenette, comfortable full size bed in bedroom on main floor, and a sleeping loft above, with king bed.

A peaceful retreat. Very comfortable, modern, quiet one bedroom suite with a complete kitchen and washer and dryer. In the country yet close to town. Beautiful, bucolic setting with loads of outdoor potential, hiking, biking, skiing. Quiet and private. Three minutes from world class cross country skiing, hiking, biking trails. Nine minutes to the most popular shopping district in Fairbanks. Fire pit, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Designated parking close to the suite entrance.

Relax in this cozy, and private home in the Chena Hills. Located just 10 minutes from the airport, groceries, restaurants, and more. Easily accessible from town by well-maintained roads, yet nestled in the center of our private 4-acre birch & spruce forest, along with a berry orchard! In the darker months on clear nights, enjoy the northern lights right outside your back door. In the summer, when the fruit is ripe, pick your own raspberries, red currants, and rhubarb.

See all that Fairbanks has to offer while staying in this cozy & modern apartment with a view of the Chena River and wildlife . Only 5 minutes from the airport or train depot, this place is the perfect retreat after a long travel day or staying up all night catching the Aurora. Come home to a fully stocked kitchen; local coffee, tea, spices etc. Well appointed shower with high end shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Put your feet up and relax on the large couch.

College Town Charm

College Town Charm (CTC) is wonderful place to base your Fairbanks adventures out of. A place to relax, recharge, or even get some work done. CTC is in a great area close to the University. From here you are in walking distance to great restaurants, groceries, and even a laundromat if needed. CTC features high speed internet, wall mounted TV's with Netflix and YouTube TV. The Charm also has an HRV to provide continuous fresh filtered air.

Alaskan Forest Retreat

Beautiful and spacious daylight basement unit in the hills in west Fairbanks. Just a short 10 minute drive from the airport, but it feels like you're away from it all. This unit is located in the downstairs of our home, so you may hear the occasional pitter patter of tiny feet upstairs. We recommend AWD vehicle for winter use.
