Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Due to unfortunate recent misses with guests, I will consider requests only from people with at least three reviews and a rating of 4 stars or higher. This is an open plan, modern end unit is across the street from National Zoo and Rock Creek Park. It's on two bus lines and walkable to Mt. Pleasant, Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights and Cleveland Park. The apartment has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom, smart TV and cable and wifi. Afternoon sun, chirping birds and roaring lions are free!

Beautiful home in upscale Chevy Chase/DC neighborhood. Just blocks to restaurants & bars. Half mile to Metro & 1 mile to American University. This spacious home has upstairs Master Bedroom w/ king bed, The Blue Room w/ queen bed, The teal room w/ queen bed & walk-in closets. First level has Living Room w/ access to deck, backyard & playground. Dining room, half bath, full kitchen w/ all cooking necessities. Basement is a private unit apartment w/ separate entrance only used by the hosts.

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
