We have a newly renovated, spacious modular home 30mins from Gainesville (home of the Florida Gators). This immaculate and charming residence is fully furnished with four bedrooms and a large living room on owners' 40-acre horse farm.

This charming cottage is located minutes from downtown Micanopy and only minutes away from a haven for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts - Payne's Prairie. While we love dogs, we do not allow them at the cottage.
