An amazing private property with gorgeous views to Freycinet Peninsula and the ocean. The home is top notch and just the best spot to get away from the world for a while. Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely shack in Beaumaris. Polly and Alex were wonderful to communicate with, everything was so easy and we had everything we needed. The house was lovely with a big secure yard for our puppy to play in and the location was just perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay on Tassie’s east coast.

We loved everything about Sandpiper Ocean Cottage. We’ve know the beach for many years and love all it has to offer. To be able to stay right on the beach, in a lovely well appointed and comfortable cottage in great grounds, with gracious and welcoming hosts, made for a perfect weekend away. We will be back for sure.

Felt like I could just stay forever at Amelia’s place. Was exactly as described and the location was more beautiful than I could imagine. The home itself was very cute and had everything and more to feel at home. Lots of room to move around. I absolutely loved the serenity of the outdoor bath - candles and bubbles are ready to go. Sitting under the stars with a glass of wine listening to the ocean waves was blissfully relaxing. A short 5 min drive into Swansea for any supplies (IGA and Boutique Bottle shop) and quick bite at the local pub. I would love to visit again.

The house was perfect for a lovely relaxing week away with a young family. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the reserve was a perfect backdrop to enjoy the peace and quiet of Scamander. We walked to the river each day, played on the large open space outside the back fence. The fireplace was a nice change of pace. Thanks for having us

Jill’s place was a real gem! It’s in a fantastic location within walking distance to the main street and was very well appointed. All the beds were super comfy, the bathroom was large with great shower and separate toilet, and the living room was an ideal place to hang out after long days with large smart tv and great leather recliners! The kitchen was also well stocked with all appliances (including coffee machine!) and everything you need for nights in. Jill was so helpful and lovely to deal with also, and we can’t wait to return!

Kim's place has to be one of the best airbnb experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we felt so relaxed and spoilt by the beautiful house, amazing facilities and generous offerings that Kim has so thoughtfully provided. We absolutely loved the sauna experience looking out towards the beautiful beach and gazing at the stars sitting around the fire pit. Everything has been so well considered, is luxurious, yet comfortable and relaxed with more than you could ask for to have a memorable time. Our only wish was that we had stayed longer as we had an absolute pleasurable visit. Thank you so much Kim! Highly highly recommended!!

I would highly recommend Rene’s place for anyone visiting the East Coast of Tasmania. It was beautifully presented and had all the amenities one needs for a holiday. And it’s also pet friendly with a fully fenced garden.

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

Black+ Shack was great and matched the description perfectly. The pool was a treat and the fireplace worked beautifully. It suited our needs very well, and whilst the surroundings were quiet with not much around, that's exactly why we booked it. A great modern house with an awesome view in a beautiful part of Tassie.

Great spot in east coast, beach access literally at your backyard. Rare opportunity for beach lover or surfer to get down to the water within 3 mins. Build in restaurant, winery and excellent facilities like swimming pool, game room and laundry. We rented villa 8 and 9 to suit a large group of people which is very convenient in remote area as bigger house is impossible to find.

Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee with uninterrupted ocean views was pure therapy for the soul. No neighbors, no noise—just you, the sea, and serenity. It’s the ultimate escape for anyone craving peace, beauty, and total relaxation. We didn’t want to leave!

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und sofort eine nette Antwort und die Buchungsbestätigung bekommen. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Seaview ist absolut zu empfehlen.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Annie’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Annie was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in and communication seamless. I really appreciated her flexibility—when I requested just one more extra hour for checkout, she kindly managed that without any hassle. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I needed.

very nice area. If you have a small car just be aware there is a bit of unsealed road to get there, not too hard to manage though, just takes a little bit longer. Bay of fires is about an hour away drive if you have a normal, small car, on the dirt roads.

One of best places we have ever stayed. It delivers on every front and provides a clean, restful, uncluttered environment to simply sit, reflect and enjoy to most magical ocean views with the best sunrise imaginable and then lovely, filtered, natural lighting throughout the day. There is nothing we would ask more of any host and for any want or need - simply the best.
