Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

The modern apartment in Mare Verde residence is located in the center of the popular Costa Adeje area, next to the beaches Torviscas and Playa Fanabe, restaurants, stores, pharmacies. En el sur de Tenerife hace calor todo el año por lo que la piscina se puede usar siempre, sin necesidad de estar climatizada. En la villa hay wifi y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estupenda estancia. En el salón y en todas las habitaciones excepto en una hay aire acondicionado, la que no tiene aire acondicionado tiene ventilador manual.

Our charming, newly renovated, canarian house is situated just off the main street in the town of Alcala. Alcala began it's life as a traditional fishing village . While still retaining much of that charm it has grown into a pleasant seaside town, with very few tourists and well away from the madness of some other towns.
