We had a wonderful stay at Susan's place. the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for a family. The door code provided to get in was a long number and made it difficult if you didn't type it fast enough, but that's an issue of my own, not of the owner. Everything was very clean and homy. There are extra activities for the kids if necessary. We didn't realize until later that we could request to have the pinging table set up, but we weren't there a long time for that to be any kind of issue. The beds were heavenly! so comfortable and I slept like a baby! The hosts were very polite and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in a safe neighborhood.

Thank you for a great stay: good value for the number of accommodated. Clean space, and very responsive and helpful host. Basement space is a bonus for multiple sleepers, but bed spacing between bunks is really only functional for children, difficult for adults. Great location and access for winter sports. Avoids daily city traffic but is a little further away for activities in downtown SLC. Overall a very positive stay!

Two couples stayed for a four day ski trip - the location was great and we had everything we needed in this home. Would highly recommend!

Great location for skiing in the Canyons and easy to get to Park City mountain. Bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of space in the kitchen, living room to hang out. Hot tub was fantastic after skiing. There is a shuttle that will pick up and drop off at the house and anywhere around the canyons. Much easier than walking to the very close gondola. Very much enjoyed our long weekend at the house.

For context, we stayed here for 1 month with a dog and would recommend it. If you're browsing and trying to make a decision, here's a summary of the highlights: 1. Attached garage - very helpful in the winter and uncommon in SLC where houses are older 2. Safe, walkable area with parks - must-have for those with pets 3. Investment in things that matter - Excellent Purple mattress and huge TVs 4. Fantastic host - Brett was very accommodating and responsive. E.g. he helped us get workstations set up, replaced the garage remote, etc. 5. Smart use of space - It's a 1 bedroom with a flex space downstairs. Brett made it very functional with touches like fold-up TV tables I'd strongly recommend this spot! If you're unsure about anything, reach out to Brett. We enjoyed getting to know him when he replaced the garage remote and may consider his other cool properties too next time we're in SLC (love his WabiSabi property!)

Melissa really came through for me!! A week before my wedding the place my uncle, cousins, and closest family were supposed to stay had to cancel due to a leak. Melissa immediately took my reservation and took initiative in communicating directly with my guests so I could focus on enjoying my wedding. My family said it was squeaky clean and beautiful. 100% worth the price. A stunning property and incredible hospitality by the host. Thank you Melissa! You are the best.

We had a wonderful time. We were able to utilize the upstairs for the young adults and video games, while the rest of us were downstairs with our 88 yr old matriach listening to music.

This could not have been a more perfect place for our first time in the area. My husband and I came in for a wedding and we were literally walking distance to many of our friends and even the rehearsal dinner. The hot tub was great for after a long day of skiing, and it was the perfect location for all of the nearby ski resorts. The airbnb was better than expected. Andrew was extremely responsive and always helpful. We had a horrible overnight layover and he was able to get it cleaned and ready for us early to catch up on sleep. We were so comfortable there for several days and would definitely book again!
