Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Fatih

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nihat, qui propose un transport depuis l’aéroport très intéressant. Nihat nous a donné plusieurs conseils et suggestions pour manger, très utiles. Le logement est bien équipé et confortable, nous étions 7. Et l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Istanbul, le quartier autour de la tour galata est très vivant mais agréable et nous pouvons rejoindre les monuments touristiques emblématiques très facilement à pied ou en tram en direction de Karakoy et Sultanahmet. Remonter la corne d‘or en bateau avec un ticket de tram et accéder au café Pierre Loti en téléphérique permet d’avoir une vue très sympa sur la ville au coucher du soleil. On mange aussi très bien. On vous recommande le brunch chez „Sa Va Anatolian“. Séjour très sympa.

Evin konumu güzel. İstiklal Caddesi’ne çok yakın. Yalnız yollar biraz yokuşlu. Ev çok güzel, eski bir bina. Fakat hemen okulun yanında olduğu için sesli oluyor. Sabah uyumayı tercih edenler için iyi olmayabilir. Genel anlamda temizdi, fakat ara sıra odaya yoğun bir sigara kokusu geliyordu. Zevkli döşenmiş, küçük ama kullanışlı bir evdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Hasan’s place is in an ideal location with lots of choices of bars and restaurants within minutes of walking. Hasan was very responsive when we had a question and even sent us a list of local recommendations as well as showing us a map and pointing the ‘must sees’. We checked in very late at night but Hasan was extremely flexible and met us on arrival. The balcony was a bonus being able to sit and take in our surroundings.

El alojamiento de Ali es muy cómodo para 5 personas, está a solo 3 cuadras del Gran Bazar y de muchas otras atracciones en Estambul, tiene un negocio muy surtido en un costado. Todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones, Ali muy amable ya que nos permitió hacer un check in a un horario de madrugada por nuestro horario de vuelo Recomiendo 1000% el alojamiento de Ali....ya quiero volver!!!!

Apartamento agradable algo anticuado, el edificio es viejo pero el lugar tiene todo lo necesario. La caldera nos dió algun pequeño problema pero se arregló, la cocina de gas funciona un poco regular. Buenos restaurantes en la misma calle y un mini supermercado justo enfrente. 10 minutos caminando (hacia arriba) a la mezquita azul, otra mezquita muy bonita muy próxima (a 200 m). Buena comunicación. Para lo carísimo que se ha puesto Estambul me parece una buena relación calidad-precio para 4 personas.

Apartment was very nice! Great location and beautiful rooftop view. Host also was helpful and friendly, very responsive.

Om positief te beginnen was de locatie perfect! Dat maakte alles al waard. Plek is super centraal en het dakterras is uitmuntend met een prachtig uitzicht. Echter, er waren wel wat kleine opmerkingen aan de kamer. De wc bril was kapot, de gordijnen reiken niet helemaal tot onder waardoor er veel licht binnenviel en de keuken was niet helemaal compleet. Wat wel fijn was, was de koelkast die aanwezig was. Douche ook fijn en alles wat schoon. Communicatie was perfect! Ali is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

El alojamiento es perfecto relación calidad-precio y nos sentimos como en casa. Está ubicado en una buena zona donde es fácil moverse en transporte público a las zonas turísticas de interés. Ali y Deniz fueron muy amables y siempre respondieron rápido mis dudas. La vista del rooftop es espectacular. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento

Alles bestens. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Deniz ist ein super netter Gastgeber.

Odamız temiz ve düzgündü fiyatına göre gayet iyi bir oda çok kolay bir şekilde giriş yaptık ve asansör de vardı teras katı gerçekten büyüleyiciydi sırf o manzara için yine orda kalırım. Ayrıca ev sahibi sıkıntı olunca hemen yardımcı oldu.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Istanbul und es war perfekt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten an die wir brauchten. Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse. Die Unterkunft befindet sowohl in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten die zu Fuß erreichbar sind, als auch Metro- / Busstationen und Fähren. Ali war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, er hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und hat uns mit dem Transfer vom Flughafen und wieder zurück geholfen. Wir können einen Besuch in seiner Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen bald wieder! :)

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

Burgazada’daki bu şirin dairede harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Evin konumu mükemmel, adanın huzurlu atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissettiriyor. 3+1 geniş ve ferah bir alan sunuyor, her şey tertemiz ve çok özenliydi. Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

The apartment was huge and comfortable! The location was perfect surrounding by coffee and restaurants and Capacity mall very near for shopping

2,5 yaşındaki bebeğimizle evimizdeymişçesine rahat bir konaklama oldu. Ev tertemizdi ve yeterli derecede mobilya mevcuttu. Birkaç eksik dışında mutfak da kullanışlıydı (tuz, çay, şeker, kahve sunulup mevcut olanlar takip edilebilir, cezve, limonluk gibi memnuniyet verebilecek ek eşyalar sağlanabilir). Zeynep ve Yüksel Hanım çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar ikisine de teşekkür ederiz. Yine konaklamayı kesinlikle düşünürüm.
