Their lightning-fast responses and insider tips for exploring Fatih brought our Istanbul adventure to life in the best way possible. The location is an absolute dream—tucked away in a quiet, private haven with a spacious, secluded garden that became our favorite spot to unwind. Having a parking lot just two minutes away was a game-changer, adding incredible convenience in this bustling area. Yet, we were mere steps from vibrant restaurants and the captivating charm of Fatih’s historic heart. We’re beyond grateful for this unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to be back!

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Me encantó mi estadía en la casa de Yusuf. En primer lugar, no puedo estar más agradecido por la hospitalidad y amabilidad de Yusuf. Siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitaba, y estoy profundamente agradecido porque incluso me llevó a la estación de tren cuando tuve que salir temprano en la mañana. En cuanto a la ubicación, fue muy fácil de encontrar, ya que se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada con varias estaciones de transporte público principales a poca distancia. Esto hizo que moverme por la ciudad fuera muy conveniente. La limpieza de la casa fue impecable, tanto en la habitación, el baño y la cocina. Además, puedo asegurar que la casa está equipada con una serie de comodidades, como lavandería, agua caliente y una excelente presión de agua. Great location near good restaurants and cafes, and the tram stop. The place had a nice living room and dining area, and comfortable bed. Our group enjoyed staying here.

Fue muy buena la estancia en el alojamiento de Mehmet, siempre estuvo pendiente y respondía rápidamente cuando fue necesario. Está bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de las principales mezquitas, hay muchas opciones para comer a los alrededores.

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved Karay’s House! It was perfect for our group of 5 ladies. We each had our own private apartment- all were Very clean The location is perfect! Easy to walk to restaurants and shops Highly recommended

Konumu çok güzel olan tarihi bir bina. Geniş bir terasa sahip. Evde kahve, su, yemek yapabilmeniz için gereken malzemeler var. Galata kulesine 3-5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Evin hemen altında bir market var. Merdivenler biraz fazla ve asansör yok fakat bizim için problem değildi. Çocukla seyahat ettim ve güzel zaman geçirdik. Temiz ve rahattı.

Great place in cool neighborhood. Lots of coffee cafes, restaurants, shops,etc. and close to Taskim Square. Tram or walking to Galata, shopping or over to Asian side. Good size apartment. Plenty of grocery available and the street is quiet and quaint. Deniz and Derya were both very responsive hosts and great to work with. Would recommend

It was very nice stay. We’ve been greeted and recommended the places to go with map. The room is cleaned once every two days. It was exactly as per the photos and descriptions.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely amazing, and the host and Yunus were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my time there. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to climb 5 flights of stairs as there is no elevator, which can be a bit challenging. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work reliably during my stay. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it for the fantastic location and the wonderful hospitality!

I can’t say enough. The place was well appointed, stylish and perfect location to Karaköy pier and Istiklal Caddesi as well as Galata Tower. If you are like me, you enjoy a good cup of coffee and you don’t have to go far for that. There is pretty much everything you need close by, from traditional Turkish food to Michelin starred cuisine, shopping, boat tours, views of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia all within minutes and after a day of all Istanbul has to offer its like a mini oasis to recharge and relax. I’ll be back for sure

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
