Ferienunterkünfte mit Seezugang in Fatih

Great stay! Spacious and very cute decor in the living room. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Lots of stairs when entering so be prepared for a good leg workout. The building was nice and quiet and the area was great!

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

It was amazing. The room was tidy and clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is lively during the day, but quiet and safe at night. Bulut, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. He answered really fast, gave us tips, when we were on the terrace, he always gave us food and drinks, and when an earthquake happened, he took care of us and made sure we were okay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, both the room and Bulut (and his parents) are amazing, we highly recommend staying here.

Le logement d'Ilyas est idéalement placé pour découvrir la ville, il est confortable et très pratique pour une famille (et il y a un refuge de chatons tout près ;)

Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern – modern eingerichtet und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Bosporus. Durch die großen Fensterfronten fühlt es sich an, als würde man im Wintergarten schlafen – wirklich besonders! Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden, und Harun war super hilfsbereit, als ich den Schirm auf der Terrasse nicht selbst zusammenbekommen habe. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Was man nicht unterschätzen sollte: Der Aufstieg über die vielen Treppen zur Unterkunft. Am besten bringt man einen Rucksack mit – oder ein bisschen Kondition. Nach ein paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich aber daran, und der Ausblick macht wirklich alles wieder wett! Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft mit großartigem Ausblick – ich komme gerne wieder!

Booked 4 nights at Ozan's apartment. Exceptional views of the Bospherous Strait from the lounge area. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all amenities for either eating in or out. The host Ozan was accessible, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend staying here as easy access to bars/nightlife and tourist attractions via transport links. Great experience!
