We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The location is wonderful because you are near so many restaurants and fun places. The house is very comfortable and very clean. My husband, my four boys, and myself felt right at home. Amy is also extremely friendly and responsive. We look forward to hopefully staying at her place sometime in the near future.

Souad’s house was perfect for our trip to Lexington. It was close to restaurants, Keeneland and distilleries. The accommodations more than exceeded my expectations and her communication was excellent. I would highly recommend!

Larissa is very responsive. We really didn’t need to contact her for anything except to ask for a slightly later checkout. But she kept in contact with me making sure everything was good on our end. Walkable to UK campus, Kroger (end of the block), restaurants, and bars. Easy drive to MANY places/areas. Place was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway and a quick 25 minutes drive to downtown Lexington! It was very clean and spacious enough for the four adults and two kiddos! The kitchen was stocked with what we needed, extra towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent! Easy parking! We had a great time.

Great location! Walking distance to campus and downtown. Spent a wonderful weekend with family visiting my son that goes to UK. Would highly recommend!

This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

Lexington is a great city, and this was easy walking distance to downtown with my wife and teenage kids. If you love old houses and charming streets full of them, check this place out. The space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs that was fine for us, but I could see someone with mobility issues struggling with them. The place was very cute, albeit odd, given the age of the building and squeezing a unit in on the upper level. It was charming to us as we are a fans of older homes. You will dodge some low sloping ceilings as you move around the unit. The one glitch was that our downstairs neighbors got noisy one night. I messaged John around midnight, assuming he wouldn't see it until the next day. However, he surprised me with a quick return note. He contacted the noisy neighbors, and they quickly quieted down. Top notch service. I would come back for sure to enjoy the street, walk downtown, hit Keeneland, and enjoy all Lexington has to offer.

A horse-lover’s dream stay and immaculately outfitted! When I say this is one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed in (after staying in them in 30+ countries), I’m not exaggerating. Not only did it feel like a designer’s home, but we were greeted with a welcome basket with local drinks, snacks, and personalized note; a bathroom with many fluffy towels, complete with fresh toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, makeup wipes, and floss if you forgot, plus a hairdryer, flat iron AND curler. The kitchen had any appliance you could dream of, plus ground coffee AND pods. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and linens throughout and the most charming equestrian touches everywhere. Plus the location is incredible with tons of walkable restaurants right next door. Don’t hesitate to book this spot!

Although we had to, unfortunately, cancel our stay at Nora’s at the last minute, we look forward to staying at her place in the future. Nora was quick and courteous with communication before our trip, and with the cancellation process as well. I felt terrible having to cancel so last minute, but she was very understanding. I’m sure the home is as lovely as Nora!

Enjoyed our stay! The host was very helpful and accommodating. Apartment was cute and super clean. It was perfect for our overnight stay in Lexington. Walkable to restaurants and downtown.

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

A great location close to Rupp arena and a quick uber ride to downtown Lexington bars and restaurants. Easy drive to several of the most popular distilleries. The property is newer and was extremely clean. There was a great smart TV and a Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. The primary bathroom was very large and well appointed. The second full bath is also nice. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and toilet paper/paper towels were provided. Easy access to the building and the unit itself. It is worth noting that the second bedroom does have a “window” towards the ceiling that has no glass and is open to the living room. There were two couples traveling together for our stay. We were hardly there (busy visiting distilleries and hanging out downtown) and when we were, we were all sleeping and up at the same time in the mornings so it wasn’t an issue for us but worth noting.

Great place, walking distance to downtown. Two twins and a bath on the first floor, queen bed on third floor is loft style with no door. I was staying solo so it was not a problem but could be noisy will a full house. Comfortable bed and the second floor deck is very nice. Would stay again.

Great place! Very clean and cute decor. Close to interstate which makes it easy to discover all the things around the area.

Great location with excellent amenities. Fun location with lots to do within walking distance. Decorations were great and beds were comfortable.

Stayed there to visit some bourbon distilleries and also the KY Derby. Wanted a cute place for four adults. The place was clean and looked just like the pics. Check in was clear and easy. We had a small snafu with the washer but it was not a big deal and Jon was super responsive and offered us a solution immediately, which was kind, but we did not need. If we ever come back to the area, would def stay again.

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.
