Enjoy a unique getaway at our apartment with the most breathtaking view. The apartment is located on the third floor of a newly designed building. It is easy accessible with an elevator. With designer furniture and ultra modern interior you will find great comfort. Room is bright and spacious. It has air conditioning and so does the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped where guests can prepare meals. The balcony offers wonderful sea view. Guests can also access the pool of the residence.

You will be happy relaxing in this calm, stylish space just right on the sand beach. Private apartment is attached to 4*Kraal Hotel with bar, restaurant and swimming pools. But it is not a hotel. Fees for the pool 8 euro per day per person. Breakfast 8 euro for buffet. The territory is clean. In a distance reachable within 1 hour to many marvelous beaches of Albanian riviera like Dhermi, Himara etc, restaurants and clubs around the apartment, 10 minutes to reach the center of the city.
