The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Your home away from home is a short drive from downtown Gananoque situated on a 6 acre private property. We are approx. 5 minutes from Downtown Gananoque and 25 minutes from Downtown Kingston. The Sea Angell is a 1.2 acre PRIVATE ISLAND (just you will be on it). There is DEEP water docking, electricity, modern plumbing, WiFi, and great cell service. And, yes … this property is dog friendly! The island is very easy to find, located just offshore in a prime location near Foxy’s Restaurant, and has a charming vintage cottage dating back to the 1870’s!
