Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)

Location, Location, Location! Beautiful cabin retreat overlooking the East Verde River. At the base of the Mogollon Rim in Rim Trail. Surrounded by tall pines and the Tonto National Forest. Endless hiking on the nearby Highline or Arizona Trails. Abundant quad/side-by-side and mountain bike trails. Fishing a few feet from the property. Knotty pine interior, pine cabinets, fir wood flooring, large sleeping loft and fully fenced.

Mountain Views and Great Fire Pit

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place.

The Shire on the East Verde River

The Shire is all about the river with a big picture window overlooking the East Verde River and trails outside the door. Plenty of places to curl up and read. This guest house has a private entrance, full bath and minimal cooking facilities with easy access to hiking, fishing, swimming and biking. Pets welcome, with a fence patio with a grill and outdoor dining.

Nuthin' Fancy (Hunters welcome!)

Close to Payson and all of it's amenities but out of the city. Beautiful, cool night skies. Enjoy BBQs and S'mores around the fire pit. Very close to national forest for hiking, fishing, off-roading, exploring and bike rides. Also, includes a den with a futon for additional sleeping space. Internet and Wi-Fi included. Plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles.
